Ryan & Taylor [The O.C.] || Madness 

I just finished The O.C!!!!! Ryan and Taylor are a new favorite ship of mine tbh..... I just love how funny they are together lol..... Like I swear Ryan was happier in s4 than he had been the entirety of seasons 1-3.... They literally came out of nowhere, but tbh I ship them sm more than him and Marissa (I did like them together though.... they were a great First Love story).
ANYWHO! I'm also working on a Seth/Summer vid! I was gonna finish that one first, but once I had the idea for this vid, the inspiration just overflowed and I HAD to do this one first lol.... But I'll probably upload that one next (or the one after that, bc I have a Christmas Advent project I'm a part of this year, and idk how long that'll take me).... I'm like over halfway with it though, so keep an eye out lol....
But OMG I just love this show sm! I can't say for sure bc it's been a while since I've done a rewatch, but I think I might like it better than One Tree Hill.... Which says a lot lol bc that was one of the first teen drama shows I watched and I was absolutely OBSESSED for years lol....
ANYWAYS..... I hope y'all like the vid! I tried to show both the humorous and more deep sides to their dynamic, so I hope that panned out well lol... idk I feel like Ryan and Taylor were just so meant to be y'know? The way she makes him smile and helps him open up more was just beautiful....
Also, I added a lot of commentary from the other characters (Sandy, Seth, Kirsten) in the video, which may have been a bit excessive lol, but strangely their involvement in the Raylor ship was one of my favorite parts of their dynamic. It really helped show Ryan getting to just be a teenager, getting advice from his friends and parents etc, when previously he always had to be so self-sufficient and was tasked with taking care of others, rather than others getting the chance to really help him. I just love all the little details relating to this ship that showed Ryan- a character who was forced to grow up way too fast- getting the chance to have a semi-normal teen relationship where he didn't have to worry about taking care of someone else's excessive drama.... In case you couldn't tell Ryan Atwood is my favorite character on the show, and I would protect him with my life xD
