The movement of that part of the wing is normal. Next time, figure out what kind of aircraft you will be flying in, and read about it. This may make you less nervous. What you should be worried about when flying with Ryanair is that there is enough fuel on the plane. Their pilots are sometimes forced to take less fuel than they want to.

I'm normally an anxious flyer, and it's the first time I'm flying with RyanAir. This video helped me just to see what the Ryanair interior is like, so I don't get a huge shock when I embark the plane. honestly i don’t understand the hate on ryanair i have flew with them many times and its fine , never had a hard landing , never had any problems, all staff are kind & helpful so what is the big deal im guessing that first class flyers don’t like that ryanair are successful
Same here, only had one fairly brutal landing and another that was a late touchdown but other than that the rest were acceptable, in fact I'm hoping to make a career with them as a pilot but due to the virus the airline industry much like others will severely suffer so I'm not so sure now

Ryanair has operated for 28 years and in that time has carried more passengers that any other airline in the western world and with zero fatal accidents.
When the wing bounces up and down, it's called fluttering. It doesn't just happen to crappy airlines such as Ryanair, it happens on every aircraft. It just depends on the winds and turbulence the aircraft is facing. Fluttering isn't dangerous. The wings (if built correctly) can flutter up to about 25% to 30% of its normal shape. Just clarifying since the video maker portrayed the fluttering as a bad thing.
I agree with you about their success! I've looked at seating for different airlines, and KLM charge more for an economy class seat on their 737s, and the seat width and pitch are the same as Ryanair's! Why pay more?
Yeah, agree with you too. But to your question why to pay more the answer is really simple: Ryanair isn't playing fairly in the aviation business, so I try to avoid Ryanair and try to support some different airlines. But of course I'm not criticizing their Low-cost and stuff, Just watch a documentary about Ryanair and you'll know what I'm talking about... Cheers!
〰 Badekaeppi Such documentaries really give very biased and wrong view on things, I'd suggest using your own head. I tend to do otherwise because the big flag carriers are used to rip off people, charging them 300eur just to fly from London to Berlin for example, Ryanair revolutionised the market, thanks to them the prices have dropped and national airlines must keep up to stay in the competition. There is no such thing as "playing fair" in a business, and Ryanair is a business. They offer good value, fly brand new aircraft, they're much safer than most airlines.
HotDog12ist Yes I understand what you mean with the wrong view of things, but it's a huge difference if the producers just talk about a company/business and let some nice clips go with it, or if they actually make a documentary were they prove everything the say! And the one I watched certainly was pretty believable. You've got my word there. They interviewed pilots, the CEO of Ryan Air and so on. They even got some papers from the authority's. And all in one pretty shocking.

"Believable", they are made to be believable, it's propoganda more or less, even if the facts are right, they also can be manipulated, and a documentary is never legit if it contains opinions only from one side. I see nothing wrong with their business practises.
Have you heard about the first landing Ryanair did at Copenhagen? It took 3 hours to turn around the plane due to protesters.. Not a bad view from your seat! Nice vid :)
The thing that people don't see is that there is nothing wrong with the airline itself it's just the working conditions, people think that you have to sit down all the flight time and that you can't go to the toilet but you can its all rumors.

Ryanair is my favourite airline, why? This is because I know that Ryanair are very finance conscious so they probably don't have any type of insurance, and in an incident they would have to pay out a lot of money, they make especially sure that there are no accidents.
Ryanair pays all of it's staff the UK minimum wage. They give monthly varying bonuses to the pilots and pay the cabin crew extra for selling more food items. This system can be rewarding, however selling the food can be hard as each sandwich costs nearly £5 and it is hard for pilots to get mortgages as their income classes as variable. The airline pays pilots what it can afford each month. Worse economic situation = smaller bonuses.
Out of all the horrible things i've heard about Ryanair, the biggest thing that angers me is that interior design. It is so bad! It makes me think of a nursing home where everything is waterproof. I'm glad they don't fly in Australia out of concern for the people that might have boarded one of their planes because it mightn't make it to its destination XD
Well I will tell you what, you travel for hundreds and hundreds of dollars per flight and then perhaps you will get nice decor inside the plane. You get what you pay for, if you don't like it, then don't use that airline, take your upmarket snobbery elsewhere.
Okay, first off, I am not a dude, I am female, secondly, I am not defending Ryanair, I am just making a comment, thirdly I am chilled as this is just RU-vid and it doesn't actually impact on my life any more than it impacts on most people's.
You're right, the interior is quite horrible looking and their seats aren't the most comfortable in terms of leg room and your seating position, however that is because they want as much passengers as possible on every flight, so they've crammed in more seats and compromised the leg room, have you seen the new 'Sky interior' Ryanair have adapted, its already being used on some of their new aircraft, there is a lot more legroom, but the seats are a lot tougher to sit on now, there's a lack of cushion, hence the extra leg room.
It's for psychological reasons. Same as McDonalds with their uncomfortable, uncushioned seats and bright Colors. It is made so you don't really like it in there and move out fast. This concept really works and faster moving passengers mean faster schedule and more money saved i.e. less Airport fees etc.
Ryanair opened the door for all the other budget airlines in Europe by challenging governments in the courts when the governments were reluctant to apply the Euro Open Skies Agreement to protect the traditional duopoly system which protected the “flag-carrier airlines” . Following 9/11, airlines were cancelling orders because of lack of confidence in the demand. Boeing were considering closing the 737 line. Against the trend, Ryanair placed a very large order with Boeing which kept the 737 line going.

Very well edited video! l see why Ryanair has never disappointed you, but the atmosphere on a Ryanair plane just isn't as nice as on other airlines if you ask me. When it comes to budget airlines, I like EasyJet better, even though they're a bit more expensive.
The lights are always off during night takeoffs and landings like it or not, so if there is an emergency and you have to leave the plane your eyes are adjusted to the dark.
I do not understand the animosity towards Ryanair, we are Senior Citizens, I am also disabled (Ambilift) if it was not for Ryanair we would get nowhere. As it is we are Cosmopolitans. No problems with Ryanair despite flying with them for a good few years. Two years ago the weather was so bad, (trees down everywhere) Ryanair refused to risk the lives of its passengers by not flying them from Leeds/Bradford but coached us instead to Manchester. Also last year due to bad weather in Malaga we were landed in Valencia (I 🤔 think) and coached to Malaga. Despite paying for Transfers and it being the early hours of the morning passengers were stranded when coached to Malaga and all trains 🚆 had stopped. That was not Ryanair’s fault though. So, Ryanair cannot be blamed for unpredictable weather. Ryanair keeps other airlines on their toes and sharp they are really competitive. It’s not difficult to grasp the luggage 🧳 rules. This is not a oneupmanship battle against Ryanair for goodness sake, so you and I are worth it, we travel via Priority Travel , always booking a seat 💺 (I need an aisle seat). Despite that one passenger Demanded I move along so she could and her friend both had the aisle seat, I mean demanded. Isaac the flight ✈️ attendant was cognisant of her demands and just came and stood near us, I just spoke low and calmly to her , explaining I had booked and paid for the seat as I need an aisle seat. “Oh well I am going to have to hand my friend her lunch 🍴 over via you two”. Stay calm, lunch incidentally was a Mc Vities biscuit 🍪. One thing Ryanair pilots could do is give you frequent commentaries on where we are and what to expect. In the November Malta 🇲🇹- UK flight ✈️ the Pilot was very helpful explaining we would travel via Gozo, Sicily, Corsica, France 🇫🇷 etc. This was appreciated. As I say flying is not a battle of wills against Ryanair, it’s an experience brought to us the masses!

Stop being ungrateful already...this company offers you a change to travel the world with low-cost tickets you guys like it but you dont like the crew or the interior of the plane.In my opinion I think raynair is the most underrated airline company world-wide... that's the life you can't get everything you want.. remember u are not obliged to travel with them you choose it for the low-cost tickets..
After watching your video i can say that the boarding pass was checked by the ground personnel (airport personnel, not ryanair crew) which obviously tried to do the best to make it on time. Otherwise you could have been still waiting for a perfect tearing. On the plane, it's impossible to check every passenger at any time, so, it happens, curious people pull things around to look for treasures on board. this time was the handle for closing the overwing exit door. nothing else. Dimming the lights is mandatory because in case of emergency, passengers will not be immediately able to see outside due to changing from bright to dark. the same as driving and going inside a gallery. On early flights passengers usually take advantage to sleep some, so that's why you didn't see people buying. Wing bumping (in that way) should be obviously normal. but we may post a query to Boeing society. I can say that aircrafts are checked really often, updating the jingle is not a priority though. so it will be changed anytime soon. hope you enjoyed your flight, you've appreciated the chance to fly cheaper and will fly with Ryanair again. but hyper criticism takes nowhere. you may find people that get those lines seriously to miscredit the company, while, according to me, a good critic should be related to safety procedures. i am glad it was a good flight though

Roblox Gaming No crash doesn't mean it's safe.....there even has been a night where 3 ryanair planes had to make an emergency landing due to low on fuel. Thats because of their fuel policy and it isn't normal.

Just hope you don't have to circle your destination airport because Ryanair pilots are encouraged to take on as minimal fuel as they can to save the airline money.
Don't know if you have flown with Ryanair already, but for the future maybe i'm just gonna say that it's not as cheap as it sounds because you have to pay for luggage. So it's not SO much cheaper then some other airliners.
In a week, im flying for the first time ever. Im not scared that anything will happen, but how is the experience with ryanair ? I payed 20 Euro for two ways, so same, im not expecting anything. What i wonder tho, is the start and landing same comfortable as on other airlines ?
Tempus fugit - amor manet / infelix uri on the take off, keep your head back and you will be fine. Your ears might pop but thats normal. The landing is pretty much the same feeling as the take off. Trust me its not rough at all.
pretty good. :D Id pick ryanair again. I mean ofc i dont know other airlines, but for the price i payed it was like best (and even better!) i could expect. Im pretty fat and tall. Had no problem with my legs or fitting the seat ha! And the crew on plane was very nice. :)
An absolutely garish nightmare on board, the whole inside looks tacky and constant PA's trying to sell you stuff. Not my opinion, the opinion of many friends who have travelled with them. This video does not contradict that. I will NEVER travel with or have anything to do with Ryanair out of principle. They have ruined this industry for the employees.

I know their seats don't recline, but they also don't use those ultra slim seats that so many airlines have now-and that I've heard are really hard on your back.
With the amount of money Ryanair makes and spends on their fleet they could have 100's of 777's 757's 737 maxes or better interiors or else but they don't but why?
