Ryans been Rat Worksed 

Taking a gun out of the box and modding the heck out of it is half the joy! I’ve come across early Jincoln Jeffries guns where previous owners have messed about with the springs, milled out the pistons to make them lighter, adding bits to the guns/ stocks even filling them with lead to weight them! It’s rare to see a stock rifle in my local bell target league & its ace to see what people come up with and why. I even put a set of open sights on a pro sport to use in the league and I’ll likely never put a scope on the darn thing but it’s little bits like this that make airgunning such fun ! Love the channel guys keep it up!

I think that stock looks great. Would far sooner have that than a poly or 'tactical' stock. Just wish I could afford a standard HW100 !

A video idea might be to compare an “out the box” HW100 and a ratworks tuned one to see/show if was worth the money! Keep up the good work!

This was actually FUN!, sometimes sadly missing in this day and age.All guns when used correctly and safely can provide hours of fun.That HW is airgun filth it looks awesome.I have some spine issues I wanted a light weight decent shot count accurate PCP.Purchased a MK3 .22 S200 fell in love with it went out zeroing it over couple of sessions 190 bar was giving 50 decent shots no poa issues.Then just decided to do a shot string over the chrono...........(Humanely despatched Rats,Ferals,Woodpigeons,Rooks...)no issues.It was only doing 10.7 ftlb!!!!!!.I couldn't be having that!off to Rat Works full tune Tench reg,custom trigger and bolt free floating barrel threaded re crowned new cylinder,new scope Mamba Lite,SAK moderator/Twink mk 2 mod (why?).200 bar 90 shots 11.6 ftlb.It looks and handles amazingly but the accuracy is the same with JSB Hades I can keep 3/5 shot groups all touching at 50 yards (rested).She,s a keeper and I found Rat Works fantastic.I share your financial pain he says grinning because it's my rifle and it now feels special.Iv just subbed lol you guys keep it up!Stay safe keep posting all the best.Tony

Tactical stocks look great ,but I find I miss the wood stock as I'm ultimately a traditionalist ...that stock on the hw100 is just awsome 👌

I'm on my 14th hw100 as I always come back to them after selling to try something else not had a single one tuned as all have been fine the 100 is the best pcp rifle I've had and alot of the others have been tuned and sold as they just wasn't for me wasted some brass to end up back with 3 hw100's 🤣

Had my AA S200 MKIII .177 done by Ratworks / Tench Regulator Fitted & full Tune /Guage & QF /Barrel Thread / with P&P £298.14 back in 2020. Power test JSB 10.4 /Avg FPS 710.67 / FPS Spread 7.08 / Avg FT/LBS 11.66. Oh and also got the keyring & Ratworks logo stickers :)

Only thing I'd change on that set up would be the stock to the laminate adjustment the HW100 is the one gun to own you'll need no other PCP it's the No1 in my local club for a reason I rate the AA s200 up there with them too I've a LSD Huma one in the works now !

I didn't even pull the trigger on my 98 laminate I got for my birthday it went straight to LSD apparently I've my own gun rack in there according to Geoff !

Anyone else had dealings with Ratworks? My hw95 needs a tinker should i go with them?

Had my Hw100 "ratworked'...nice bunch of chaps who know their stuff....however my Hw100 didn't shoot any better accuracy wise....just had tench reg fitted into lighter cylinder..gave a few more shots...I guess you can't improve on perfection 😉

It would be great if it would say in the video description, that this is about a 12fpe rifle. You brits seem do love airguns, so many videos about them are about 12fpe guns. For most people, your reviews aren't really relevant. Build quality, haptics,... will be the same, but the performance won't. The manufacturers won't optimize it perfectly for such a small market, an fac gun will always be better adjusted from factory. That said, once you know, what pellets it prefers, you can optimize it for that. Mine is good for 4 and a half mags, i won't shoot 4,5 mags. i shoot 4. If it was adjusted to that, i could still get 56 shots but with a flatter trajectory. There is room for optimisation, because they are build, to work with many different types of ammo. On the brit market, there is far more room for improvement with proper tuning, imho. Btw: With an fac rifle, you don't really need a crono, to check if it has the advertised power. Knock in the numbers into a ballistic calculator, get a light enough pellet, (light pellets are less efficient than heavier ones, the rifle will be slightly underpowerd, with them) bang, if it cracks the sound barrier, it's fine, if it doesn't, it might need adjustment.
