I think this is your best makeover yet! Simply wonderful throughout! I really really loved the kitchen and wet bar combo and how they create contrast, but also work so well together. The sitting area with all the different types of chairs worked out wonderfully! Great job! I would love to see more videos on this property!

I’m always blown away when I see one of your spaces and love all of them no matter if the style is mine or not!! I foresee a run on Studio McGee designed homes on this lake in Rye, NY! The windows are the piece de resistance, I think, and culminate in the dining room.
Beautiful work! What a difference the glass and rail make on the stairs! Love the entry table and eucalyptus. Love the two chairs in the seating area that are tan and low and rounded. They just look so comfy. Love the couch in that area too. The black wet bar is so striking! The shelves on the other side are beautifully styled! The whole area could look cavernous but you made it look cozy. Amazing. The daybed is the only element I think could improve because with that water view, someone might want to stretch out and still see it. With no neck or back support, they'd need to sit up to do that, but I defer to your judgement on that. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!

I really loved this as it’s great to finally get tips on how to style a modern house that has water views & tall glass doors & windows all the way round as you can’t put furniture against the glass, so it’s difficult to add texture. I’d love to see more styling ideas of this nature rather than on just decorating traditional American homes, thanks.

🤍 it Totally has the Studio McGee touch, which is great. The outside of the house looks different than your style, being just two colors, but looks great. I love the darker console, it's like an accent wall, but also a space divider and counter/storage.
Love the exterior and the palette of the interior and the furnitures. Not sure about some Crate&Barrel-ish furniture pieces. Needs upgrade to Flexform, Eames, and Cassina pieces I think..
Looks great. Amazing view. I just bought two leather butterfly chairs that would look amazing there. The rugs look are beautiful but I know I would trip over the tassels. Yes. I'm that kind of person. LOL!!!!
Ok, ok I'm coming clean! McGhee & Co. You guys have converted me in ! As a designer, I typically lean towards a more "Italian modern " esthetic , wiith bit of quirk. But I've been following you guys for a few months n I hold my breath waiting to see where your design journey makes a stop! I love that your style identity is never lost in translation, regardless of the client's request. I can wait to renovate this next project (my post-modern ranch). You've inspired me beyond words!
