a visit to Ryhope wATER PUMPING STATION situated in the North East of England. Built by the Victorians . The history of it's building and how it was built.
Nothing like watching these old British nineteen century machines come to life. So elegant, so smooth and so practical. Very glad to see the young volunteers learning to operate this pump station because you may have to go back to using it one day.
very good video, good photography and a informative narrative... only down point is the kind of music at the start of it... that is nothing that goes with a Victorian pumping station
Wild thing! You make my heart sing. Wonderful old Darlings.that we could create a unit like this back then, defines the epxcellence of victorian engineering.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
