@@jaimemanuelgarciadominguez1037 Yeah I take it 30ish minutes before any weight training workout and there really isn't any post workout dip in energy.
Don’t get me wrong I love this pre workout, I wanna continue using but the only thing that’s holding me back is the aftermath of it. After an hour in a half, my stomach hurts crazy. It was one of those stomach pains with cramps. I ended being constipated the next day. I want to use it but idk if I want to go through that experience again. If there’s someone who can help me on why it happened. I want people to reply to me now because I want to learn and how to use this pre workout the right way without having stomach pain
I know this is like a year later but it’s a really good stack. If you take 1 scoop Godzilla and 1 scoop of the pump daddy your getting the same dosages as the Godzilla, without the second dose of caffeine.
i did a scoop and a half and i had a great lift but my stomach was messed up messed up hurt the whole time, and my buddies who took it also had their stomachs hurting idk very interesting, awesome workout tho with it
One of the few pwo’s that don’t make my stomach hurt. I don’t have much of an appetite post workout but it’s 10 times better on my stomach than C4 is 🤮 that stuff multiple times has literally immobilized me for more than an hour after a workout. Like laying on the ground with a fan not moving because I’ll puke if I do. I would recommend adding more water to the Godzilla to help with your stomach.
@@jaimemanuelgarciadominguez1037 If they have the deal available while you're here, yes the BOGO applies. The only thing is typically the extra 20% off $75+ is typically online only I believe. You can always purchase online while in the states and pick it up in store! It's ready in an hour or so.
I bought this not impressed. The pump was great same as taste. I didn’t feel the energy at all. It sounds crazy but I have taken the same level of caffeine from other products and felt wired. This one I felt nothing. It bloated my stomach hardcore.
No I would not recommend getting this for your 14 year old lol. This is their max strength pre workout. At 14 unless there is some sort of underlying condition they should not need a pre workout anyways. If they are hellbent on it get them some of the standalone ingredients like beta alanine. I'm not a medical professional in any way but I don't think a 14 year old should have 400 MG caffeine
I would not encourage a 14 yo try this. Wait until 18 for this kind of thing. The beta-alanine alone will make you itch like crazy (I know this because I take Concept X, which has the same amount of that stuff as a full serving of Godzilla), and the ingredients they put in these kinds of mixes is sometimes at a more extreme level than your typical energy drink, which again are not recommended for anyone under 18.
@@maxbratt4132 lol why don’t you look up the effects of caffeine on adolescents before recommending they take it? Do you think they should take your advice, or someone who studied 8 years and then did clinical studies on caffein for children? I’ll take the pediatric and college studies over your word every day.
