Well the trick is handle the cancel move after every DF HK (front, down, front + high kick) makin halg U to behind + HP and hold HK to cancel then dash and repeat. Also you can speed down the video from video's options
Most 2D sprite based fighters use mirrored sprites, look at Sagat and his eye patch in every 2D game he’s in until SFIV. Street Fighter III is the first 2D sprite based fighting game (I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure) that didn’t use mirrored sprites, that’s why Gill is 2 colors so they could flex the power of the new CPS3 board at the time (late 90’s). The only other game that may have done this before is Guilty Gear but truth be told, I’m not very familiar with that game.
