I recommend that you disable the integrated CPU graphics by accessing the bios and then try the game

How you did Ray Reconstruction on 3070?

bro download the new mod you can get fsr 3 frame gen even on your 3070 i can actually for once run path tracing everything on ultra on my 3070 withs stable framerate around 60fps

with the same settings i ve got a better fps on my 4060... wtf

Cyberpunk settings are buggy. When you change them frequently, they dont apply properly and it ruins fps. Restart the game or going back to the title screen and loading can fix it sometimes. I have a 3700x and a 3070 ti and get 75-100 fps with everything on high/ultra, no psycho, and path tracing turned on, DLSS balanced and the fsr3 frame gen mod. Without the frame gen mod I still get 45-65fps. You should be getting a lot more fps.
