I thinkthe trail is faster because lighter but in theory it's all about HP vs Weight , so you can add or subtract HP by adding or subtracting weight... weight can be: light bars , winches=30ish lbs, doors , coolers , whips , bigger tires , it all adds up and pretty quickly you can take 10 - 15 HP away from your stock , unmodified machine, so, if take off , racing , fast , faster than most, drifting rear end , sliding rear end in a turn , ect is your thing keep accessories to a minimum, especially winches and bigger tires are big HP robbers
Makes sense, the trail should be a bit faster because it's lighter I think. Curious how the Trail S 1000 would compare with 25hp more. I have the Trail S Ultimate with only 40 miles on it so far. Trying to break it in as recommended so haven't floored it yet lol.
Merry Christmas! Congratulations on your new rzr. Yes the 1000 would be much faster. And the 50 is a bit lighter. Thanks for joining us on our adventure! Make sure you like and subscribe! Have a blessed everyday and stay rzr focused!
Merry Christmas! They are both identical and horsepower. 900 cc 75 hp. The 1000 S would most definitely be faster. Now the top speed is different on both units for safety reasons the top speed of the US is 63 miles an hour for the top speed of the 50 inch is limited to 55 miles an hour. Plenty fast for what we’re doing. Have a blessed every day and stay rzr focused!
