When I received exhaust from UTVsource, I was excited to unwrap the muffler/quiet core and get it installed. When I opened the box, I was upset to find that 1. The muffler outlet was not drilled for the quiet core and the quiet core was too large to instal without a hammer or sanding. 2. There are dings and dents around the muffler chrome. What gives, rpm?
The quiet core is optional. So the hole you wanted may not be wanted by the guy who doesn’t want the quiet core. It fits, it’s a tight fit. Rubber mallet is best for use. If it was loose it would rattle like crazy. You say dents and dings, but I don't see any emails with photos....what gives James?
