very talented team. looks like Dakar belong to them now as well......all ready 1h ahead next team in 2018 Dakar - stage 8. I meet them on Dakar Salta bivouac- when I was on my South America KTM 990 solo trip. again red bull movies top class- I can recommend: fourth phase

They should have just used the metric system when translating. Looking at random number of feet is even more annoying. I think that most Americans/those that use the imperial system can get an understanding of how far a meter is.

I wanna know why the decision was made to make the vehicle RWD. The toughest rally in the world, chances of getting stuck is pretty much guaranteed, why not make it an AWD car?

The car class they're racing in is 2WD. Pretty impressive for a 2WD you'd have to say too. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dakar_Rally#Cars Dakar has a long history of awesome buggies. Apparently Peugeot went with the 2WD class because it's a lot more open and they could build a car that could handle the dunes better. They were right. Goes back to 2014. seems like most of there problems stem from the fact that they have a RWD vehicle instead of AWD. makes no sense when they're in the desert in super mushy sand. but whatever.
