Emir has all of his facts wrong. Those pictures in his presentation were taken by Can,his mom's boyfriend. If she was still alive she would be watching the presentation with him. The reason his parents were not together is because his mother left and did not tell Faruk he had a child for 10 years. They probably wouldn't have stayed together anyway. His mother could have had a conversation with him about Sureyya if she wanted to make the transition for her son a little easier.

Emir boy, you are so wrong. You are barking at the wrong tree. Blame it on his late mum Begum and his granny Esma for putting ideas in his head giving him false hope. Both Begum and Faruk are to be blamed too for Emir's confusion and misunderstanding. They should have told Emir that his dad Faruk is already married to Sureyya and should have explained to Emir their family and relationship dynamics. Sureyya is being thrust into a difficult situation and it is no fault of hers. Faruk should be frank and honest with Emir and no sugar coating please.😢
