Baba why are you interviewing an ordinary worker? Get somebody from the govt side also. The The regional minister's office can brief you better. I remember the President asking the road minister to get this project restarted before the end of the year. The iron rods seem rusty as well as the supporting wooden structure. All need to be replaced before work can resume.

Baba you are not doing good to your followers. Get the information from the right source. It's likely the contractor will remove the rusty iron rods and replace them with new ones when the project resumes.
