Merhaba, motosikletime ücreti mukabilinde tas şeklinde bir parça yaptırmak istiyorum (aynı videodaki gibi ama daha küçük) yardımcı olur musunuz, iyi çalışmalar.
What type of aluminum and what thickness? It looks like 1100-0 soft aluminum, .060 thick? My friend, there is a easier way of doing this and you only need one man and I see numerous errors in your technique. The first error I will point out is removal of the part while it's in motion. All you're going to do is scratch up and gall the inside of the part and the outside of the die tooling.
@@emrahmiroglu7787 of course it can be done with .060 .....that shape....easily. I would use a compound and roller but instead of a roller I would replace the roller with a particular shaped piece of D2 polished steel or a nylon roller. As I spin it up I would come back to the bottom and spin up the Titan up what is in front as I go. A skilled spinner could do it almost as fast but he wouldn't need a second person. This chest tool work I can appreciate but there are easier ways to do it, put on small pointed nose type parts, these chest tools spinners are God.
