Lol, what "tourism drop" are you talking about? SF was back to 23 million tourist visits un 2023. That's a pretty normal pre-pandemic year for SF. Do better research.

How about fixing the homeless situation first by using that space to incorporate affordable housing, battered women shelters, healthcare & Shelters for seniors!! Fix the problem don't just use cosmetic surgery on a dire situation!!!
