Good point! It’s really key to ask fellow mommies what their experience was like after birth. Many books don’t tell you what the entire picture is. Fighting on the breastfeeding!! You can do it. Btw, you’re looking fabulous!
加油呀Sarah! Being a new mom will be a little hard Here is what I did not expect after my C- Section many years ago. I didn't expect to get so many needles within 20 mins to prepare for a C-Section. I didn't expect I would be shaking so much in the recovery room due to the morphine I received for painkilling. I didn't expect breastfeeding was hard. I was so worried whenever the nurse takes the baby to the nursery. I didn't expect the baby would cry everything 2 - 3 hours when I took her home. She was like a time bomb, I didn't get any sleep for 4 months. I cried for no reason whenever I held on to the baby. But thinking back, I would do it all over again. Take it easy Sarah, I know you can do it. You are very lucky to have support from your family. One more thing, use Mustela Cream on your stomach every night. My stomach had no stretch marks due to this cream. Love you guys!
Great video! I gave birth perhaps a couple of weeks before you and everything you said is so true, the whole emotional rollercoaster and feelings ups and downs. This is something universally no one really prepares a new mother for. Looking forward to your next episodes.
人奶就可以隨時喂,不單止完全無以上的煩惱而且唔使擔心奶粉嘅問題,尤其半夜三更隨時喂都ok,仲要悭咗奶粉錢 (although money it is not a problem for most of the people nowadays).

Hi Sarah! Glad you're recovering well and thanks for sharing your experiences :) A bit unrelated to the postpartum experiences, but did you use any stretch mark creams?
Hi Sarah, I totally agree with you. I m also a breastfeeding mom for my 2-month old baby...I totally understand your situation. I m facing the same problems too...I need to feed my baby every 2-3hours...so i havent had enough sleep since he was born.
I understand what you have been go thru i also have c section for two babies before. You feel blues because the hormone changing and because loss of blood during c section or after birth, so i wait to see your afterbirth make soup is it enough to replenish the nutrition and energy , otherwise i think you handle pretty good keep telling us more. As lease you are still bright enough and have enough energy and good mood to share with others. So please take it easy and nurse the baby and enjoy the time with him, please don't worried all the things not in place, but it is hard when you young you are thinking this way . You properly expected everything should be perfect and neat. It is ok to slop the most important is the baby, just sleep with him more and rest up and the milk will be back easy . also u need to make all the chicken soup, papaya and fish soup and the best is to eat the Vinegar and pig feet and ginger dish. You are doing excellent Sarah. We will stand by you ok any question just talk about nect time we will try to give the answer too. so please don't feel you alone. May God keep you well and healthy and happy with the baby. Amen this is in the name of jesus
