A Princess of the Keyboard. WOW!! Bravo!! This is a perfect strategy for approaching the work: it is a storm, so the extra pedaling lends to the strength of Lyapunov's vision, alternating between angry waves, lightning, and moments of tentative calm.
I’m used to hearing it faster but this interpretation is very different. Such a very musical rendition of the Luprynov! You use a broad range of dynamics that I don’t hear in other renditions. I’ve been on fire for this piece ever since the first time I’ve heard it and I love the way you do it! I’ma big fan of Franz Liszt so for me, I’m a fan of power and range and speed. I think that he along with Liszt and Rachmaninov are my big 3 favorites and you help to make that possible for me! Great interpretation!
