True, it added some life to the zone. I guess you could say that stalkers in the north just have very good memory and hope in no one stealing their stashes lol
i think its good that you can stumble over them when your exploring but you should still be able to buy or find info on the stashes, marking them with some lore
I feel like a custom stash feature would work well Too much stuff… well make a create and store your stuff and pick it up later. It feels like they got too much and had to stash some stuff
@@anomalousdugout9557 i want to ask that there is a stash which located at a huge pipe near Skadovsk, i cant find it your video didnt mention it as well, any idea?
Especially that the Dragunov is somewhere near the place where you load into the area in Anomaly. Not sure if it's even there in the mod but i went past that place so many times.
@@peternehemiah1606 maybe, i just am unsure of X-ray could handle that back in the day. X-ray Monolith probably could but idk. We'll see with STALKER 2
This changes the game alot for me. I knew there were alot of hidden stashes that you don't coordinates for, but this many?! I'll be hella suprised to see how many more stashes are hidden in Jupiter (Yanov) and Pripyat. Very cool!
I already knew this as I found a map of all the stashes on a steam community post, but having the detailed eplanation on where and how to get them is better than struggling to find in which bush/tree is the stash hidden. Thanks man!
One thing that I like from CoP is that stashes now preplaced in the map instead of having to find the PDA to make it spawn. With semi-open world nature of CoP maps, whenever I feel low on supplies, just walk around a little bit while searching on every nook and cranny of the points of interests, sooner or later, I can find maybe 1 or 2 stashes. Can't tell how many times these saved me when out in the field. But I kinda miss the lore of stashes on previous games
@@thecommunistloli1042 Right? more games should have something like that, although i usually play mage, so i just sell it. and Mara's clothes and stuff which are really good clothing items, which you can get at level 1, cus Daedra scale with your level while loot doesn't
If the stash is stucked in the high place, just shoot it with gun or a grenade will do. Nice Video, I hope there will be more interesting content from you 😁
Ps on 13:59, there is also an Eliminator Shotgun along with the ammo, but it's bugged. I discovered it by accident, the Pseudogiant shockwave revealing it
Wow. I need to pay attention to the little things during my exploring of the Zone. Didn't even realize how many stashes there actually were for this game. Crazy. Great video as always, best Stalker based channel
The good thing about CoP is that you can gear up with ease if you know where the stashes are and sell the stuff you don't need for some cash. Even though, some stashes are bugged for me for some reason but there ain't a problem with that. Good job on this one man.
Just wanted to give you a huge thank you for these guides. They recently released the trilogy on console and these have been very helpful. Unfortunately SoC was unplayable (PS4), but I loved CS and I'm really enjoying CoP so far. FYI for ps users, if you weren't aware you can hold down square to reveal all items nearby to pick up. Thanks again!
14:04 : those are not shotgun shells. Its a whole stash with an eliminator. If you used grenades during the fight with the pseudogiant, it must have dropped on the ground along with more ammo. Up for others to see 🔺🔺🔺
Was looking for this comment, the pseudogiant knocked the shotgun down for me and some ammo, I had to climb up for the rest of it. Probably wouldn't have found it otherwise...
Very detailed guide! I also suffered from a few bugged stashes, sadly, and I am still looking for that Vodka and Makarov stash, but other than that, this was perfect!
12:37 I discovered a way to get the last bandage stuck in the rock. Throw bolts at it. Also, regarding stuff stuck in trees, you can throw bolts at those too. It'll take a while to get the items out of tree this way but useful if you want to get the gun without damaging it.
Damn, you've put in some hard yards for this video, Thanks man! Getting a real tight audience too. I think you've created a lovely lil stalker community ✌️
Very well done video(s), especially that you also show the map. I played SoC, CS and now I'm on CoP. Coming from the older games I expected stashes to be in backpacks, pipes, outlets etc, so I tried to use them. Turns out I missed lots of stashes - they are very well hidden now. Thank you. 8:04, there were no items for me :/
Currently using this guide to get the achievement in Xbox, your a saint. Played clear sky's and got about 80 percent of the achievements sadly some are glitched, I bounced to this one and had no clue at all how the stashes had changed untill I watched this video, straight lifesaver yo. ( Also for the tree and rock stashes that had missing or stuck items I would save and use nades / knife / throw screws to bounce objects out. Screws worked great for rocks, nades were awesome for things stuck in tight spaces like the antenna place for the army med kits and vodka
Thanks for the video, helped me out, a lot. A question tho, where can I get another SSP-99 suit for Hatchet? I already gave him one from Owl, and the eggheads said they don't use them anymore
I'm not sure if I understand your problem correctly. As far as I know, the player is not able to acquire any SSP-99 suits in Call of Pripyat, except for the only person who needs one being Sokolov. Maybe you are using a mod?
7:57 I'm pretty sure that it's not actually bugged, but that it's just a tricky to see the rest of the stash's content, since I previously looted that stash and there's some gauss rifle batteries very well hidden in a spot in which you need to lean to be able to grab the batteries
Now i am playing stalker cop with atmosfear 3, absolute nature 4, absolute structure and owr3.Really enjoying the game and you video is helping me a lot Thank you so much.
I think you missed one under the bridge next to the car with the documents. Its in between the rocks maybe. Correct me if I’m wrong but I haven’t played call of pripyat a long time ago. I love watching your videos, have a good hunting stalker.
I love your videos bro, it's also helpful to have this in a video format, it really makes me think how much more I should explore, maybe this is a small thing but it just adds to my love of this game, the stashes in call of pripyat really let you get a lot of good stuff quickly
Thanks mate, still forget where these are after playing for so long. I was my PC was better so I could play Misery. I'm just real happy that you don't have to find stashes by way of PDA like Chernobyl.
Love your info couldn't finish most the achievements without it. but you are missing one stash it's located in the far north contains the TRS 301 with some 203 grenades. Steam achievements as a map. Anyway thanks for all your help Stalker.
These new stashes are fun to find. Back in the day when I played this game more frequently, I remember I've printed some maps that I kept under my keyboard 😅 the pros of the stashes in CoP are the facts that tou can pick 'em up right away and the contents are usually better than in the other games (in my opinion)...but the lack of lore and the lack of some sort of container itself, removes that little something that made every stash in SoC and CS feel special. Also, apart from the bugged items which clip through the world, there is also the possibility that round items like grenades (both hand ones and for grenade launcher) could roll down a slope, therefore preventing the player from completely looting a stash, if they don't pay close attention to the sorroundings. Also also, when you shoot the pistol down the tree, its condition then will be zero due to the damage, making it completely useless. I recommend the website cop.zsg.dk, it has some very interesting interactive maps for the stashes in CoP.
So the shotgun in the bush by the cave’s entrance at 2:41 isn’t there for me, and the X on the map must be at an incorrect location as there isn’t a bush there. Other than that I’ve been watching your videos through my first play throughs of each game. Thanks for helping me survive The Zone, Stalker.
I didn't think there were this many unmarked stashes. Have you played this so much that you knew where to find most of them or did you have to research some of them yourself?
Damn I played that game so many times, even today I have it on my PC but never looked for all those stash sites, didnt even know there are so many of them. Interesting video.
i still can't decide how to feel about it on one hand it's a stash so a rifle, two boxes of ammo and a medkit are 100% lore friendly on the other CoP lacked good old packpack stashes somewhere
I prefer the stashes in Call of Pripyat over the ones in Shadow of Chernobyl & Clear Sky. right after i get the stash locating in those game & I go to check it out sometimes i would get the stash is empty glitch
Funny thing, I was wondering about location of one monolith stash and I have asked you to make a video about it in comments, but recently I have found that stash xd
What about doing a colaboration with Horned Reaper - games EN? In my opinion, sometimes you both make quite similar videos and content whereas you are focusing much more on lore and horned reaper sometimes more on gameplay. It would be interesting to know if you heard of him, yet!
Yes I know his channel, he has some vey nice videos. I actually feel a bit bad for making something so similar, but so many people asked me about the secret stashes of Call of Pripyat that I had to do it.
Wow..... all of that amazing stash just scattered around like a ripe fruits ready to pick anytime and I just f****ing ignore it without knowing it all this year's!! 😩 And those guns...... I just feel what I've done 'till now with so many quest just to save more cash to buy new weapons and medicines from trader are all in vain....
@@anomalousdugout9557 Yeah..... Well at least now I have another reason to re-playing the game but.... with gunslinger and beautiful reshader mods! Thanks for all the stash location bratan I owe you!
@@anomalousdugout9557 Btw, to notify you for the next videos, some stashes can be only picked up if you're holding a weapon and aiming it, like in the antenna complex, that was the only way i was able to pick it up the batteries, you sorta have to go inside the electric machine.
@@ghostsbyk173 Yes but even trying that for a few minutes and I could not get it... The same thing happened to some of the stashes that will appear in the next videos, I just could not figure out a way to grab everything. Maybe I'm just dumb, I don't know.
@@anomalousdugout9557 Nah, it's just the new pickup script CoP uses, also for the bandage that's phasing in the rock, funny thing is, you can grab it, but it's hard to pull off: you need a grenade launcher and hit a certain spot, should be above the bandage as far as I remember.
Wow I have maybe 5-600 hours in COP(mostly misery but some vanilla) and I missed maybe 90% of these stashes. Loot placement was ahead of its time with the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.
Isn't there an Eliminator shotgun at the project 62 testplace or whatever that is.. like down near the Pseudogigant on theat cart.. or whatever THAT is? 😆
I started stalker cop early and this video was handy😁 Tnx for ur video About venom that stalker in yanove staiton if i pay bandit thay will give a suit or not?
You should make a walkthrough of all the stalker games, you know.. not for me of course I totally am not stuck at the beginning of clear sky and the stupid psi emission room in SoC or anything like that. Please help me I’m not smart enough for these games.
While I'm not planning to make a walkthrough (because there are already a ton out there), I'll help you for sure. What seems to be the problem exactly?
@@anomalousdugout9557 on shadow of Chernobyl I’m stuck on the uhhh.. psi emission room or whatever it is, the room that has a timer? You know? I’m confused on how to not die
@@dutyer2005 I see. In theory you should have plenty of time to disable the machine before your brain melts. In order to do that, you have to flip a total of 4 switches, which are located on each floors. The first 3 switches are on a console on the catwalks that are closer to the center of the room, while the final switch on the top floor is in a control room. If you don't have enough time to manage the zombies at the same time, no worries. By getting out of the room from where you came, you can completely reset the timer. So, you can enter the room, shoot the zombies, then exit the room and come again to easily switch off the device. I hope this helps.
Most of the information is simply found in-game. In PDA entries, NPC dialogs, etc... However I did use the old design documents a few times. I remember finding them on the internet a while back. As far as I know there are 2 main docs. The first is the Anarchy Cell Design Document (what became Clear Sky) that is available here: download.scorpions.cz/stalker/stk_pre_dc.pdf The second is a whole folder of archives (I believe in Russian) for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Oblivion Lost (what became Shadow of Chernobyl) but unfortunately I could not find it after a quick search. Maybe you'll manage to find it with a bit more digging.
