your echoes on jiyan is crazy, i manged to 3 stars it too but only have like a few seconds to spare, you have a whole 30 seconds lol, I guess i need more crit damage, btw great run!

This is to activate Jiyan's outro skill, which drops 2 spears when incoming characters perform charged attacks. Except that a spear drops every second, so I've got time to do 6/7 heavy attacks. A lot of players ignore his outro skill, but if you're careful, I'll do almost 40k when both spears crit. If you're fast enough, heavy attacks on Mortefi are the best way to do more damage, recharge his concerto bar, his forte bar and therefore his resonance liberation and you can also move around, unlike basic attacks. On top of that, the 6/7 heavy attacks I do with Mortefi are the minimum to recharge his concerto bar and his resonance liberation with my rotation. :D
Like man....seeing jiyan in your hands smashing the lv100 boss is just pure perfection:)) And it's even better with your god-like mortefi! My jiyan is 56/262 lv70 with sign weap and the same team could only do 6000-6300k per ult hit(my mortefi even use heron and energy set) and it isn't even close to your Jiyan! Idk why...maybe because i only have 8% heavy dmg boost and you have 45%? But anyway nice vid bro...officially a fan of you
Thank you!! Yes I think my 37% heavys dmg boost will make the difference. But I also have Mortefi S6 which boosts attack by 20% and the 5-star weapon. If your Jiyan is S0, you'll do more damage with a echo 3-cost aero dmg% and a 3-cost atk% than with two Aero dmg% echoes. There will be a slight difference, but give priority to the echo with the best substats.

It is clearly not mandatory, Moonlight would perform a bit better beside Jiyan's Damage Output, but as you can see throughtout the showcase, Mortefi has a pretty high personal damage potential.
Because I'm too lazy to farm this set since I've never had any luck with substats, it's not mandatory but I could have saved more time if I had a good Moonlight set on Mortefi.
A R1 Jiyan Sequence 0, 1 and 4 should look for an ATK and Aero, instead of 2 Aeros, calculated and tested by the CN community, 2 Aeros perform roughtly 4-6% less than 1 ATK & 1 Aero. But of course, substats are the priority, Aero piece Damage would perform an ATK piece if the Aero has better substats
@@lolololhahahah I did not see any guide on Encore, but as an Encore enjoyer, I am pretty sure that her with its Sequence 1 and Yinlin's signature weapon, she definitely should be built like a S0/1R1 Jiyan (R1 stands for its refinement 1 signature weapon). I have a S1 Encore with Yinlin's weapon on a 2 Fusion Damage pieces, and I can tell, that I was able to gain around 150% Fusion Damage, and that is a holy lot of Damage Percentage. By looking its stats, she lacks a lot of ATK, and that is the reason you want to get around the same amount for both ATK and Bonus Damage if you want to get the highest value of it. Jiyan's signature weapon offers a lot of Damage Percentage, so you want an ATK piece to replace an Aero one, and then 2 Aeros when on its S2, because it gives 28% ATK. The most important is to make both stats even. I have looked on both Calcharo and Yinlin, they both want 2 Electro Damage Pieces, I do not know for the others.
