S01E03: African Wormwood with a Phytotherapist v.1 

In this video, we welcome phytotherapist Craig Wright onto the series. He chats to us about Artemisia afra (African Wormwood, Wilde Als, Umlhonyane or Lengana), covering topics such as where we can find it growing, how easily it grows and how recognisable it is.
We learn its most common uses, the easiest way to use it and that this aromatic bitter affects our digestive system. Additionally, Craig tells us that the overuse of this herb can come with side effects and what a safe dosage is.
