The discussion about physical symptoms is very good: those who have lost loved ones, particularly suddenly, often experience their blood pressure shooting up, insomnia, and panic attacks. Many people constantly dream of dying themselves, or can become excessively fearful and overcautious in everyday life. Our anxieties rise to the surface, and can feel surreal. It’s trauma response. Awareness of this is much needed.
Thank you for adding the subtitles so quickly. It’s a really insightful and respectful conversation. Thank you to all three speakers for sharing your personal losses so openly.
Hi Vindya, thank you for the feedback, we had mic issues in the first 3 mins of Aysha's testimonial and the subtitles will be uploaded soon. The rest of the episode is audible.
@@ShhhTalkshow Thank you very much for such great, informative, educational and important discussions, Shanuki. We absolutely love them! Sri Lanka needs more talk shows like yours and less (or no) talk shows that talks about meaningless, utter nonsense that has zero value to anyone! But please, please, please invest in a good sound system. We can hardly hear the conversations.
We apologize for the audio issues for 5 mins at the beginning and are working on putting subtitles up soon. We are a volunteer team working with borrowed equipment, so sometimes quality is something we have no choice but to compromise on. We don’t have better quality audio, so this is the best we can do.
@@ShhhTalkshow I'd highly recommend trying to find a volunteer who can do some sound production and post-production. Sometimes even severe noise issues can be fixed after the fact by using software noise reduction tools. Thanks for trying your best with what you have anyway!
