That intro scared the crap out of me. It reminded me of the movie Christine, when that ‘58 Plymouth Fury put itself back together. Great job! 👍

67 R/T nice cars but never found one reasonably priced, considering the condition I did however have a 440/375 out of one in my 70 roadrunner that came from a R/T that didn’t need it anymore 😆😆😆😆😆

Chrysler Corp built some really badass cars during the musclecar era. Never seemed to quite get the love Ford and GM got back in the day but now you have to pay a pretty premium for the Mopar performance especially the legendary Hemi cars. These guys are the best ....

When I was 13 my dad left me a 1970 Superbee, he installed a police interceptor ... It was supposed to be mine when I turn 16yrs old. My mother got tired of it being in the backyard and sold it to a junkyard for $50.00. How I would love to own one.

Nice demo on adjusting the transmission linkage. The neutral safety switch looks wrong, unless the 68 B Bodies used the three wire plug on the switch.

As usual loving the show But seriously.....Dave please look up the definition of ‘unique’ because your seriously wearing the word out when infact it’s not unique because there are other identical cars with the same features on them. Also ‘very unique’ ?? Seriously?? How does that even make sense Still big 👍🏻 up from me

Ian I hope you're joking, perhaps your age is getting in the way? If you truly don't know you must watch "Night of the Living Dead" (1968) a true classic with these true classic lines in it. Almost as legendary as the Shining and Jack Nicholsons "Here's Johnny". LOL 😆😄. Cheers Bros ....

I love muscle cars and the people who restore them . But this is mostly click bait. Anyone who pays 1.5 million for a Coronet needs financial and mental counseling.
@rustyreese4006

They only made two of this coronet. As far as I know this is the only survivor of the two. Coronet wasn't really special but it is when it's that rare.

@@rustyreese4006 Thanks for the reply Rusty. Still can't see paying that much regardless, but if someone has that kind of cash, it's their call. I used to walk by the Chrysler Plymouth dealer on the way home from summer school and high school. I remember when the new Plymouth muscle cars were parked along Radial Highway in the parking lot for this dealership. This was Benson, a suburb of Omaha. There were many Baracudas and various Plymouth muscle cars, late 60's early 70's. There were many paint and stripe schemes on these cars. My dad bought his 67 Chrysler at this dealer. Prior to 67, it was a Ford Dealer (may have been Sample Hart Ford). My dad bought his 59 Ford and his 65 Ford Galaxie at this dealership. The Ford dealer would occasionally get custom cars in the showroom, probably on a circuit where they would move from dealer to dealer to bring Ford customers into the showroom. Two cars I remember 1. Ford had a full sized car, may have been a T-bird with had grip steering. It was autonomous. The salesman told me they drove it around on Radial Highway using remote control. 2. The second car, if you know anything about this car, where it is, any articles on it, please forward it to me. It was a full sized T Bird made for Gearld Lloyd Kookson the third, "Kookie" on 77 Sunset Strip TV Show. The car was red, with two 427 Ford engines. I don't know if the car ever appeared on the show. While many old TV shows are still being aired, I don't think there have been reruns of 77 Sunset Strip. The cars were all Fords or Mercurys on that show. I remember seeing Efrem Zimbalist Jr. dirving up in his T bird, and seeing a 58 Turnpike Cruiser in the parking lot of Dino's lounge. The show aired from 58' to 64'.

@@tompastian3447 I've never heard of a car like you described, but I was born in 73, so missed out on the peak of the muscle cars. By the time I could afford to buy a car of my own, the muscle cars were already way out of my price range, unless it was complete junk. It's really the only thing really depressing about the eighties. The fact that most cars were under powered shells of what they used to be.

I was home on leave from the Army, Chirstmas 65, me and a buddy walking past the local C-P dealership, looked in the window and saw a loaded 66 Satellite Hemi, auto, went in to look at it, MSRP was 4,600.00, I thought wow, only people with a ton of money can afford this, times have changed!

It's getting sad and its seems like 2 times a day they just keep re-uploading the same episodes over and over. I may have to drop the subscription. I guess they have nothing new because the current 15th season is nothing but Mark talking about well.. nothing.
