Original Version: • The Engines of Sodor E... . I think this is probably one of my cringiest episodes XD I decided to keep some of those elements in though.
In my opinion, while this version is charming, I prefer the originals of the remasters and the main reason is the humor and the voice actors. But I like this version.
The glitches in the footage didn’t show up until I had exported it :/ I filmed this on a Mac using the default screen recorder so maybe that had something to do with it?
Aside from the glitches with Toby and Henry's scenes, I got to say this was an excellent remake! I especially loved the two fart scenes, both the epic jokey one and the Canon one.
The one thing that they shouldn't have removed from the remastered version of the story is the song they played when Donald and Douglas were left in the snow for the night. They should have kept the song of 'I want to break free' from Queen.
I laughed when the drivers and firemen used rocks to break open the ice only to regret doing that with screaming injuries and the blow torches was effective, but ineffective overall. The fart with gas definitely works with devastating consequences.
This remaster was really nice, apart from a few glitches! I don't think any photos were used in this, and if they were it wasn't remotely noticeable! The framerate is also really smooth here, which I like!
Epic! One of my favorite episodes from your series. There are some differences and changes from the original. And there might be some glitches in it, bit I think this is great. Well done. Keep up the good work.
One of your funniest episodes, without a doubt! This version is definitely less cringey than the original, but it's good that you kept the "fantastic fart" at the end! XD
Oh wow nice Remastered dude but I have to say I love the original version more nothing personal just in my opinion that’s all 🙂🙂. I’ve been a Thomas the tank engine fan since I was a kid & I gotta say I’m impressed with your videos they add modernized feel without sacrificing the original way on how the characters where done just like the days of old 😁😁. The original may have more voice actors, but despite the glitches, I like this one better, due to the updated modern graphics. I don't know if some of the NWR Origins episodes will be remastered, or not, but I wonder what BOTH Alfred and 87546 would now look like in modern graphics? And since there's modern graphics, that must mean you have Emily with the Number 12 on her tender.
Do you know where the snow covered map came from I understand if it’s private but I would want to use it for a few things and if you made it very good job!
