Because Butcher isn't good and Scorpion Sting doesn't fit the build. SS pulls targets towards you rather than pushing then away from you, making the Skewer combo much more difficult to do.
On a good game? Like 20+ kills with only a few deaths. But it's very random. I que solo with no healer so it totally depends on who I get que'd with, who is on the other team, etc.
