Thank you for the video, it's been instructive to see small-scale production on the HMM and to hear your thoughts comparing it to a manual mill for small or one-off operations. During one of your shop tours, I remember seeing a CNC and some woodworking tools in/around the garage. For a single-person shop with low throughput, has dust management been an issue? I'm designing a space and trying to determine where walls and doors are necessary vs. nice-to-have. Cheers!

The shop started as a woodworking shop with an extensive dust collection system. As it transitioned into a machine shop, I removed the dust collection system because I was running out of space. I now use a shopvac and do very little woodworking

I think the texture adds an element, or dimension to the sculpture. Everyone i think has an expectation that metal is smooth and to change or challenge that, adds to it being art. It may go unnoticed by some but I bet that the subconscious sees it, and it’s a small thing of interest that still isn’t pulling all the attention.
