Not often but yes in Ladakh road trip, I had 3 puncture in a same day on gravel roads but on off road, no puncture so it depends on your luck 😀

July is the season of rain so please check weather updates etc although Ladakh is a rain shadow area but still there will be risk travelling if there is a lot of rain.

What are the things you prep before starting such a trip? Some guidance for a beginner

First of all I make plans like route details and define days, like how much I will travel on a particular day (No solo night rides). Prepare your bike, service and check should be done around 2-3 days before you are travelling. Make sure your all camera gears, riding gears etc are perfect. Hotel room and food are something which I never book in advance because when you travel, you don’t know where will you end up so you have to mould plans as per road conditions and situations 😇 There are so many things which we have to keep in mind but for now these are main 😀 if you have any question then let me know, I will try my level best to answer 👍

I would suggest don’t go in the hotel where I went. There are many hotels which can be cheap and good so please book online. Mine was good but expensive and I had to take because of rain otherwise I will never take 1400 hotel + No meal including. Waste of money that hotel was 🙏

Bhai that is totally dependent on rider. People can do 1000 KM without night halt and there are some who can only ride 300-400 KM in a day. I would suggest, ride as per your convenience.

I never pre-decide like how much Km I need to ride. I just ride and whenever I feel like I am not able to ride more, I take breaks ☺️ Royal Enfield classic 350 has this unique quality that it runs more smoothly when it heats more “jitna chalegi utna smooth hoti jayegi”

Abhi main Ladakh hoo and June 1st week aunga so tak main bhaiya se card ka status lunga ki theek hua ya nahi. Bhai checkpost par wo aapke bike ke paper, licence and vaccination certificate kuch bhi maang sakte hai par maine poora ladakh kar liye 15 days but kahi kuch check nahi kiya but aap assume mat karna ki check nahi lrenge kyonki check kr sakte hai 😀

Bhai dekho, tyre puncture near city hua to theek hai warna mushqil hoga. Baaki bahut bikers jaate hai to koi naa koi help zaroor kar dega but main kahunga, solo jaao to prepare hoke jaana

No No, these are Army Shoes. Bought in just 1000 Rs. They are not waterproof but good for riding purposes.

Dekho, jo costly hota hai usse main sath main leke chalta hoo and jo tie kiya hua hota hai wo maximum mere clothes accessories hoti hai and waise bhi main bike se jyada durr nahi rehta jab solo karta hoo and raat ko jaha rukta hoo waha sara luggage nikal kar sota hoo and next day again lagana 😇

Main hamesha ek bag apne sath carry karta hoo so aap bhi waise kr sakte hai and log to har jagah ke achhe hote hai bhai bas time ki baat hai 😇

Depends on your priorities. Fuel to lagega hi jo lagega. Baaki khana, rehna and ghoomna. Main to budget ka leta hoo hotel and khana so mera to kam lagta hai. Maximum main 1000 ka hotel leta hoo and starting to 300 rs per day ka hai Ladakh main 😇
