Scott, and his wood fired Ooni pizza oven, join Elaine in her garden, to give Elaine a lesson is shaping pizza dough and cooking pizzas in an Ooni. They start with yeasted pizza dough and move onto Elaine’s own sourdough pizza dough. Then to cap it all, watch Scott make a Detroit deep pan pizza with its perfectly created ‘frico’ cheese crown.
