I am keeping a video diary of everything that happens while being stuck in Lampa, Peru for 14 days. It all started quite relaxed, but soon, things took a turn for the worse..

@@derp195 When you think how that scared people you realize its not easy as that. People lost jobs, they are worried for their children and feel powerless, and if someone tells them that X person might be carrying the virus that caused them to lose their jobs, or loved ones. Its totally understandable that they'll be angry. Is it bad, yes of course, but its only natural for humans to blame those who don't belong to their community. So no, its not as simple as racism.

This right here. My wife has long hated me riding and all the motorcycle-related videos I subject her to when I have control of the remote. Except for you Noraly, your videos are the first time she has come around to understanding what it's all about and she looks forward to your videos as much as I do now. She's not likely to come around on motorcycles any time soon, if at all, but at least she gets it now thanks to you. Pay no mind to the people who don't get how much thought and work you put into this that we never see. You are an inspiration to me both personally and for my hopes for the world my daughter is growing into. Keep your spirits up and stay safe!

I agree with you on everything you said about Noraly, but when this all comes to a conclusion most of us will be changed forever! A town with a statue of Jesus Christ over looking it and a large church? Where are the Christians in that town? Do they not know what Jesus Christ teaches? Love thy neighbour as thyself! Also people need to do some research about viruses because they cannot be transmitted unless they are injected into a person (vaccines). Fear is a low frequency, prayer is a high frequency. Our own bodies create a specific virus to help us get rid of toxins and dead tissue, 5g creates toxins and dead tissue. Now everyone has lots of spare time to research this. God bless.

They can be transmitted either on a surface or through the air as droplets from a sneeze excetera. That is why it is spreading so fast. Most people will get it at some point. The key is to keep your immune system High. Get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, get sunshine and fresh air, don't eat sugar and keep your distance from other people. Beyond that have a relationship with Jesus so that if you die, it will just be a short sleep.

Oh Noraly, my heart dropped watching this video. On March 26 I "celebrated" my 65th birthday in isolation and felt very sorry for myself. No party, no bike ride, no positives. Your heartbreaking video made me realise tonight how lucky I am to have family near me. My wife is a frontline NHS nurse in ITU and sees the horrors of Covid19 everytime she goes to work. It breaks my heart to see her leave in the morning and I'm so relieved when she comes home, 14 hours later. I'm praying for her to stay healthy and safe and I'm praying for you to stay safe and return to your family. When Covid19 has run it's course, the world will still be there for you to discover and share with us. Ignore the knockers, ignore the ignorant commenters, stay positive, stay safe, stay well. Keep your distance, wear your face mask in company and wash, wash, wash your hands and don't touch your face. See you soon Geoff, Staffordshire, UK. 😷👍😷

Point being, traveling like this isn't like traveling as a regular tourist. She is outside the bell curve, living on her bike, in the middle of nowhere. People who sit at home on their keyboards and give her shit about not leaving are likely doing from the perspective of their vacation type travel. Well, Noraly. I suspect when your feet touch Dutchie soil and mom wraps her arms about you, you'll feel at home. Perhaps for a little while. But those of us who have been lucky enough to have found you know your real home that moment in time when you and your beloved partner Dhanno explore the endless open road and world in front of you. You share that with us. I've been to so many places with you. This episode was extraordinary. The caged free spirit. And yet, no complaining, no self-pity. Fix the garden. Call mom from a Peruvian hilltop after a clever drone shoot. Solve a massive logistical and legal problem. And! A cliff hanger. Will Dhanno be saved? Your fans, I included, enjoy your bright positive spirit. But I've always admired that sharp intelligence hidden by the charming smile. I'm glad you explained how you ended up in a tiny room in a small town. Made perfect sense to do what you did. And the emotional connection with your proud steed Dhanno? Sure, it makes financial sense to not leave her, but you can't fool us. Over four thousand comments, so I doubt you'll have time to read mine. Still glad I took the time to comment. We canceled our month-long trip to South America ( from Canada) while you were dashing from Bolivia. I hope when the world returns to 'normal' I'll be in Buenos Aires watching you and Dhanno heading norte again. Now, off to your blog to buy you some petrol for that new adventure.

She will stay in quarantine for at least 15 days before they let her go `home`, and even then I don`t think it would be safe for her mother to meet her, since she`s probably close or within the high risk age group. Hi from the midwest area of the USA. I just found your channel half an hour ago! I'm 66, retired, no hubby anymore. I decided to buy a small, live in camper a week ago, and hit the road permanently in my truck, hopefully for many years. I've always been an outdoor woman, competed in horse show jumping, and raising my daughter. I have a wonderful, friendly, large and protective dog coming along. I hope to have many wonderful experiences like yours. I wasn't searching for your channel, it rather found me quite by accident - wonderful serendipity! I will be following your adventures, and soon creating many of my own. Much continued happiness to you, and happy trails.

Hello, I'm watching this video 2 years after all this confinement. The first half of this video was pretty fun to watch, now that it's all over. The second part was more worrying especially since you said that people were afraid of Europeans. I disagree about not blaming anyone because of fear. For me, fear is no excuse to act selfish. Fear should be a motivation to do better, something you have to overcome. By the way, this video was not boring at all.

I watched this and I am absolutely stunned and amazed by your resilience, Noraly - I think we can all take a lesson from watching this. For all the people who were passing judgement on you - f--k them. I know from motovlogging on my own channel that the trolls who post negative crap don't have the guts to even ride on two wheels, let alone ride alone around the globe. I hope you make it out safely with Dhano and I am sad to know your trip will be cut short. All of us in the moto community watch and root for you weekly and your vlog brings a lot of joy to us all - especially now that we are all locked in our homes as well. Best of luck and safe travels.

Hi Noraly, once my grandfather told me: You never take the wrong decision. I was to young to figure it out. Age, I'm 74, have proven me that he was telling the truth. At the moment, you take decision with the knowlege, experience that you have. Time after only proves if you were right. Since then other say's dont matter. Hope to read and see youre smiling again.

Lion, age is a great educator. I think Norlay made the best decisions she could, given the circumstances. None of us were with her or have ever been in a situation even closely related to this; how can anyone question her decisions! Like you I am old as well; 75! Maybe we just see things from a more accomodating position.

99bogatyrs99 .DARK BAWGS No guys, I think that you are all right,: she did take the right decision at that time! Even to go to stay in a very little village, calm, remote and beautiful was a good idea to stay safe, far from the virus. The trouble, I think, came from someone in the village that had called and sent the Police to “arrest” her, because she was “walking around”! Maybe most of people in the village have never left their home for more than a little travel around...I just cannot understand their reaction, going to visit her every day with one excuse or an other, what for? To get eventually sick and spread the virus if she was infected? So stupid! She has been too kind to them, too much understanding for their irresponsible actions. Sorry about my English poor writing.

Day 4: I eat alone. Damn Noraly is starting to feel the pressure of being stuck in a place that's not home. It was LOVELY to hear you and your parents speak Olandese. Day 5: Noraly is a blonde, blue eyes foreigner... in Perù... yeah I didn't think about that until now. Day 6: The hospital is treating you like a walking virus. predictable... Day 7: Noraly became a VIP. A subject of public attention. Incredible... People are AFRAID of the "Lampa foreigner", you are like Thanos ahah This is the script for a movie. "I don't feel safe anymore". You've done a lot of crazy things, and yet this is the first time you've ever felt unsafe, in a small town of 14.000 people, because they think you brought the virus there. Lovely to know they would announce VIA RADIO that the blonde foreigner is not a risk ahah Day 8: Noraly is treated like an international terrorist Day 9: Noraly is doing adorable gardening (also to repay the hospitality and to not look like a virus monster, good move ahah) Day 10: it became a movie ahah, Noraly studying and jump cut editing! ahah Day 11: WHY are there 600 Olandesi in Perù? ahahah Holy meloni. The GOVERNOR visited her. She became a national attraction. She is basically in jail. But she works out. Day 12: Noraly quotes Italy! Yeeeeee (which in this moment is going down the toilet ahah) Yes, going back to Europe which is THE CENTER of the epidemic would have been pretty dumb. I had no idea you don't have a house in Olanda. The speed with how Perù closed the borders was... well VERY effective. They literally closed you inside. There is not really much you could have done. Day 13: FOOD FEST! That was lovely, I'm happy that the owners are treating you good. Could you imagine staying in quarantine with crazy motherfuckers? Not good ahah Day 14: I've never seen Noraly so angry and stressed. My gosh... I feel you, girl. It must suck. 33:12 you look sooo mad. Thanks to Juan, he is a boss. Let's repatriate the senorita! From the thumbnail we can see you managed to leave Lampa at least. I felt stressed for you, that looked like a movie! You rock Noraly. Also you didn't cry one single time, you must have iron nerves.

I am in the exact same situation!! I started my world trip in december, from Germany, made it "just in time" to the border with Iran (Im in Turkey) to escape the winter and make myself to India, but my visa was denied, then it took 25 days to get a new one (winter was already here, no way to ride my motorcycle) and then the borders got closed. I also have no home and no job back in Germany. Going back there? no option, I have no where to go. I will get a visa extension (I hope) next monday April 7th. I have been lock down in a room pretty much since January 30, I have experience the fear of the people here in Turkey from the foreigner, I also do not want to leave my motorcycle behind and have no money to transport it to Germany, and they have more virus there than here in Turkey. I want to start my channel but I cant, because i can not even travel, all I have is an instagram account. anyway, this is your video and your channel, just want to say i relate to you 100%
