Wow, I was excited to get my dose of LHT today but never could I have imagined this type of post. I can't thank you enough, you have given me the gift of encouragement and hope in a difficult time. My family and I are so grateful for your support. This is an example of why people drive/ship their cars all over the world to LHT. There was a time when I could not even type this message but my family would read the message and text back for me. Hey John. Around 2:36 that poor bearing sounded like a cowbell clanging.😆 The sad part is, even though the other shop used a parts store clutch, more than likely they charged full OEM prices.😩 You guys are awesome for giving all the TLC like you do... This is my car, and I could not be happier with the work John and George did. I drove 900 miles for this service, and it was worth every minute of the trip. Plus, my wife got a vacation to Walt Disney World out of the deal. Now that I have new life in my car, I'll be coming back for more work.

These guys are great. Acquired an s2k and have it on jackstands now and going through all the maintenance items. LHT is a great source as I work through various items.
Great video. The go-fast modifications are entertaining to watch, even for a OEM kinda guy like me. But this video serves as a great reminder that sometimes it really is the little things that can make or break the day. I miss the regular maintenance videos that you guys were previously doing for this reason. I still continue to check in every now and then and today I'm glad that I did. Nice shout out by the way. To your customer who was injured in the motorcycle accident: from one rider to another, heal well and I hope things progress in a positive fashion sooner rather than later.
You guy always do things right I wish there was a lht in the West coast we always habe super shady shops here can't trust no one even some of the dealers pull shady work I've seen some with my own eyes anyways keep it up love y'all always putting putting in that awesome work still waiting on the ek update
I was thinking about previous videos and your inquiry to grow your channel. I know for myself and many other DIY’ers who aren’t able to come to you easily, I would love to see some proper how to videos for various projects on Honda’s and other cars. Full start to finish videos from properly knowledgeable technicians like you and George would be so valuable especially from the experience point of view. Not sure if that helps or not but I’m always willing to learn how to do something, especially when it’s the proper way! Great video as always... oh yeah, don’t tell my wife, but I signed her up as a subscriber too!! LOL
I really enjoy videos like this guys. It's nice to see more than just the blowers installed. I hope to get an S2k soon and if I'm lucky I will have you guys work on it. I absolutely love you guys just an awesome shop the care the attention to detail is just amazing. Keep up the good work been a subscriber for awhile and just love watching the channel grow can’t wait to have an s2000 one day and be able to bring it there for a kraftwerks kit.
When I did my clutch I went the somewhat cheap way. S2000 parts are expensive and more so here in Canada . I got the oem exedy clutch kit. But I did purchase an oem release and pilot bearing. Cause I believe that's the weakest point in these kits and they are made in China, the disc and pressure plate though are made in Japan. Only complaint. Very light pedal . Even lighter than the stock Honda. Just nice to have a more aggressive feel with a car like this when at the track. Besides that, no complaints. Should have spent the extra coin on a fx300 . Doing the job myself, I wouldn't want to do it again anytime soon.
Those clips always heat soak and disintegrate on so many cars. Literally just went through this on one of my 2 2jzs last week. 19 years and 158k miles of sitting in that valley baking away, they crumbled in my hands. After waiting a day, I now have plenty of extras in stock.
Just got my valves adjusted at the dealer when I picked up an 2007 AP2 with 58K....never knew to ask about gasket kit. Should I get this done? (Maybe it was...but something tells me no). Not sure at what interval valve adjusment should be performed.
Fuck i want to own a S2000 and bring it to you all the way from Greece for the LHT TLC RIGHT NOWWWW...and of course hope for the best to Lacy that had the accident and im waiting to see his s2000 on the channel

Hey guys. I recently did a clutch install myself and I do regret no replacing the slider for the throw out bearing. I used pretty much all honda OEM parts. Was I supposed to grease the actual bearings themselves? It didn't seem like there was a way to. Also wanted to ask your opinion about using an ACT higher pressure plate with OEM clutch disk. I was worried about the notorious clutch buzz that people say you get from after market disks. Some forums say that setup is good for about 500hp. What say you?
I have a question because you know so much about these cars ... if my honda s2k is 240 hp and i put a supercharger around de 4/6000,- how much horse power will be extra minimum and maximum???????
What is you and george’s opinion on mcleod clutches. Ive watched alot of clutchmasters video and they look like inexperienced young kids that just graduated high school. I’m sure they know what theyre doing but mcleod is just what ive decided on and Ive heard lots of good things.
They can get really bad. They are not easy to replace and most don’t know how to change it. I’m going to do a series of ‘How to ‘ videos and I’ll include this.

Just show the damn cars. Tired of every video I see from this channel being a commercial talking themselves up. It's not that big a deal to do the job right, and any shop that's HALF as careful and particular with customer stuff as these charlatans claim to be puts liners on the seat, wheel, and carpet... Edit: Parts stores carry Exedy clutches... They give you options, from crap to overpriced hype. Plenty of stuff that should be OEM, like seals and the like. But there's plenty of stuff to get somewhere else
