In case you were feeling down I just wanted to remind you that you are super attractive, intelligent, and I enjoy your videos. You make the world a better place.
As someone who is stuck in a cubicle and grinding every single day trying to put up with jerk-off co-workers, it is so cool to see someone who is out here living their dream. what you have accomplished so far is amazing!
I’m retired, but not long and I can empathize with the co workers. I’ve always found the people I work with to be the most difficult part of work. Clicks, and lazy, or bullying it gets really old. Of course there’s the good coworkers too.
Its great to see your spirit lifted and the self confidence you have gained from working so diligently. We're all cheering for your successful relaunch and a new course forward in life. Keep challenging yourself to be the best you can be. Enjoy the journey each day, the rest will follow.
I just want to say how thoroughly impressed I am with what you have accomplished and continue to accomplish. I am 73 yrs old and just bought a boat and am preparing her for a solo trans Atlantic, hopefully next year. My wife recently passed away as a result of dementia. I took care of her right up until the end. One of the ways I used to try and relax was to watch your channel and a few others. Watching them awakened a dream I had when I first started sailing at 15 yrs old. That dream was sailing solo across the Atlantic. Not only is your channel an inspiration but it also helps to keep me motivated, you mare a model of perseverance, Losing my wife is a devastating loss and this project is helping to keep me sane. So thank you for re-awakening the dream.
I just wanted to let you know that negative comments have not place on your channel. I would bet those who write negative comments could not have done 10% of what you accomplished! I eagerly await your return to the water, keep your positive attitude because the ocean awaits you just a few weeks from now.
Hi Nicole! Like your drive 💪🏻 I decided to buy a hans Christian boat and start sailing to. I had a stroke 10 year ago tierd every day but you inspired me with your drive I had before my stroke, but I realize that I have 2 options. Today I day trade 30 minutes a day and my goal is to bye my boat and sailing 2025. Thanks for inspiration 🙏🏼❤️
Glad your fully mobile again .. and have made such great progress. Scrabbling around in trees seems to be a little like tempting fate but the world is full of all kinds of bonkers gal and playing around in trees is just mildly eccentric... even for a Brit. 😂🧙🏻♂️🇬🇧😉🏝️
i believe *you* were correct Chickadoo! The very highest point should be called the 🦅"Eagle's🦅Nest". This is what was noticed in my tiny little life,as the Inside Passage was navigated,& Kodiak Island was hiked/explored upon. 🙏🦉 Good job with all your hard work. Your boat looks & feels Just Right to me.👍
I have just joined your channel after seeing the last one with Daniel. Great to see how you are going to run with the 2 boats. Best way for a hopefully life changing event. Your solo adventures are easily contained whilst doing the buddy boat scene. Good luck with the 100 day adventures, also for the future. Love is one thing that you need to get right, so slow and steady wins the race is the old saying. Enjoy yourselves and take us on these happy jaunts.
I'm impressed. When I see your videos, I can easily see future professions - videographer/editor, and fixing other people's boats in a harbor somewhere. That's only when you decide to live a quieter life. In the meantime, enjoy this life and remember to be careful.
Hello Nicole! Just learned about you from your friend "Adventureman Dan" and am really, totally impressed by your project, DIY skills, and just your grit and determination! I am 73 years old and have never been on a large sailboat but plan to be a sailor like you in my next life, haha! I am learning all I can about sailing and boats and can't wait to see you and your magnificent vessel in the water and heading for Greece! I wish you Fair Winds and Following Seas from Geneva, Switzerland! 🌿
You are incredibly inspiring, talented and sooo easy on the eyes. Looking forward to our passing while passaging. Keep up the good work and never stop dreaming.
Nicole, Your boat projects are coming along so well and your healing (from all these self-inflicted injuries! lol) have got you back on your feet! It's also wonderful to see you have fun with someone that you can relate with and is a good hand on boat projects as well. Cheers
No negativ comments from me 😁 I think you are one fantastic lady, and I do admire your ability to tackle all the different tasks that needs to be done😍 You are soon there... in the water 🤗
I noticed when you were filming past the engine that the belt on the alternators is not on there right. it goes on the other side of the alternator pulley. Need to change it or will not charge the battery. Great job thanks for the video. Bless wishes on your future travels 😊
Well done, very proud of you, envious as well. It's not easy work, that I know from watching my dad build a 52 ft ferrous cement schooner. Like and sub, this gal is awesome.❤🙏😎👍
You mentioned a Month, so 60 days, so my suggestions may be past the ability. Check out John of Far Reaching Voyages for his solar panel solutions, he used two capped sealable 12v plugs and made it so he can move his solar panels around. I meant to ask if the boat came with a hard dinghy, usually a Fatty Knees 8' as there is space between the mast and companion way hatch as it was designed for it.
I like you, do not know why but it must be your tenacity, your spirit or something else. I hope it all works for you have really put your heart and soul into the rebuilding of this old boat! Jeff
I always thought Daniel was a little weirdo that liked climbing trees. I did not picture you as one of those weirdos.....(I'm a weirdo also)... When they moved the stands, it had to be an awesome feeling to see a glimpse of the bottom that you started with and what you made of it.
Hope that wasn't solar charges screwed on to hull. Better on a board. Engine mountings really so important. Have to be 100% for emergency use. Needle files can file bent over threads. 2nd cut, bastard file handy to save spending. Keep good care of tools as out in the ocean that's all you have. Swimming will help knee but not to much.
Arthas hull is so beefy looking, its easy to see why its considered to be such a sea-worthy vessel. Will you get the prop reconditioned? It looks like it would just need a good sanding.
Agreed! And the prop will need to be replaced sometime in the future because of the electrolysis damage. But for now it’s okay 😊 thanks for being a member and patron!
You gotta speed this up to urrent times or at least up to 2 weeks behind instead of a month and a half behind ,ard u sailing now? should be !⛵⚓⛵🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🍻
Only because you say you like to read the comments I will be happy to help accommodate you. What a wonderful terrific job you've done getting this boat back together and getting ready to do some voyaging I'm very very proud and happy for you you don't know me I don't know you but I'm very happy for you sweetheart. When you start voyaging and you need an extra hand or two please don't hesitate to let me know I will be happy to help you sell this boat anywhere you want to go....❤❤❤😊😊😊
I suppose that you never did cover that nice re-built rudder with a layer of fiberglass cloth set in epoxy. Tsk-Tsk. . . . . . . . . I have always heard that work pronounced as "boomkin," but I don't know everything. maybe "bumkin" is correct.
Unsubbing, waiting about a month before posting here. Kind of defeats the purpose of me watching your progress and thinking it's updated to date or close to date.
@@keshermedia it would make sense someone with 5 accounts would reply to this. almost like you're either related to this streamer or are this streamer. hagl..
Like almost all other sailing videos there is abit of security needed especially for solo women sailors who upload videos . If you are looking for the most current up to date video uplaods then search around .They are out there. BUT know that Sailing Arta's channel and informational videos on her projects are delayed for a reason. If you want to see her latest stuff and see current updates become a Patron and support her work. Otherwise move along.
I don’t know how this could be so horrible for you that the video time line lags a bit that you would drop such an inspiring young content creator that does it for nothing for you, take the good out of this channel which shows other young women they can do anything they like if they put in the hard work
