Nice looking setup !! i would've twinned over the stock VGT and Re-Mapped the vanes, to drop the drive pressure under load and remapped to increase the power of the exhaust brake.. Stock vgt mapping sucks
Sweet truck but some of the comments crack me up if you watch the video he says 100hp injectors and you can definitely see the egr is gone the is a big ass turbo right where is supposed to be lol
you should blip the throttle on your down shifts to rev match. It doesnt look like you are in the video. It hard on the drive train if you don't. I like the set up though. look and sounds clean. Thanks for the video/

Looking at upgrading from my 5.9 to a 6.7, how do you like this setup now that it's been a little while? How are MPG with that set up loaded and unloaded?
27dtrost thanks man. I was gonna get Fluids changed next week. I will Wait. I'm gonna do the s464 and 2nd gen Mani. I will have to purchase an exhaust brake. sure is nice when Towing.
Love the sound and would love to drive one to see how it feels vs the VGT and the low end torque they are capable of making. My 2012 Ram Cummins never really shifts above 2500 no matter how heavy I am running and that drops me right back down around 16-1700 rpms.
I still love this setup after 2 months! It's a towing machine! I see about 14 mpg's around town and 18 highway. When I'm towing heavy I get around 11 mpg's. It does smoke a little if I lug the engine hard below 1500 rpm's. In normal driving and towing I see no smoke.

Hey bud I have a 2014 with EGO live and GDP intake horn 5 in Strait Pipe and down pipe. I have a South Bend 3250. Did your clutch affect your Shifting???. Mine sure did and I have to keep RPMs up also because of gear. Noise. My biggest question is about the Shifting.

Y'know instead of putting a piece of cardboard on the grill under the rear driver side seat is a grill cover from stock that looks a lot nicer than the cardboard. Just letting you know!
on my Edge insight gauge which only reads to 40 psi I've maces it out. boost its just a measure of restriction though. since I've removed most of the restrictions my boost won't be as high as most guys but I'm flowing way more air
