40:24 Speaking from my understanding, the highest ranking official in China would be commander-in-chief (in charge of military because military is loyal to the party, not the country), second in command would be the party leader, then the president. There has been cases where the president is not in charge of the military. But typically, one leader takes up 3 roles.

What other Veep Rewatch Podcast has that many questions about Manhattan to a Madam from Brooklyn, in a passive-aggressive eight grader school project-ish way, then jumps right into who could you beat up, which is supposed to be the closing question! and then AGAIN tries to get Anna to admit that Mike maybe wasn't the worst at his job? Like basically the only thing Matt wanted to hear the last time around with Anna? Only this one, kids.
I kept Googling "is Veep's Sue immortal?" but I never found anything. I loved how they wrote her as having worked in the Whitehouse since at least the 80's, but she didn't appear to be a day over 40.
