yes, modern EFI does wonders but the guy has very good 0W oil in it aswell and a solid battery. This wouldn't start nearly as good even with 5W or heavier, if it even would. I thought it's a fake video at first but might as well be real if the car stood just overnight. Again, modern EFI and oils do wonders for coldstarting, but the 90s Toyota at -44 did very well aswell.
Would probably sound a bit sadder but it should fire right up. Volvos are good cold starters, which makes sense considering their country of origin. :D
30min is excessive, even at those temps id give like 10minutes max lol. Modern engines don't really need to warm up before driving them, once oil is circulating with good pressure you're good to go. Just don't drive it hard will operating temperature is achieved.
