Salamat PBBM and FL Liza for this very functional project. Pasig River Esplanade is just one of many structures that we will see built along the 25 km stretch of the Pasig River from Manila Bay to Laguna de Bay. I can't wait to see this construction complete all the way to Laguna de Bay.

The Pasig River Esplanade is a project of President Bongbong Marcos' administration as part of the ongoing revitalization of the Pasig River- "Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli" The 500-meter 'Showcase Area' was officially open on January 17th, 2024, followed by the completion of Phase 1C on June 23rd, 2024, which extended the esplanade to 250 meters long and featured commercial structures for over 30 stalls.

Plastic tables and chairs on those restaurants chip in the vibes of Spanish and Europeans designs. I suggest wood tables would suits the place much better.

Sana po ay display din yung mga litrato ng mga Sundalong Amerikano at mga Sibilyan na tumatawid sa ilog Pasig nuong WW2

Bale wala ang ganda ng esplanade kung madumi at mabaho ang Pasig River.

Sana sa ibaba ikinabit ang aircon para magandang tingnan ang exterior wall.

Dapat maganda din yung table and chairs sa mga store di yung monoblock low class datingan eh, sa roofdeck sana nag lagay ng mga shade trees pa sayang tuwing gabi lang natatambayan sa inet eh

Mejo kinakabahan ako dun sa outdoor unit ng aircon. Sana ay nagkaroon ng mas magandang compartment sa likod for the unit na akma parin sa design ng exterior wall. Marami pa akong napansin... pero sa tingin ko maganda muna na pumasok muna ang revenue, with rental fees from these food shops... para mas mapaganda pa yung esplanade. Actually, natuwa ako na may aircon silang nilagay. Imagine ung sobrang init ng summer, kawawa ang tenants at customers kung fans lang.
