Really nice, I have the 4 door sedan version of this car, Turbo as well, same color on the exterior, but red & black interior. I fitted some Bosch fog lights from the 1980s I found at a flea market and put yellow film over them because I really liked how yours looked with the yellow lights. So now they are even more alike ;)
Nice example of a cool 900 and smooth driving. Very relaxing. Did you buy the car already in this condition or has it been restored during your ownership?

Seriously cool car especially in Japan, makes you a cool cool guy, Had two myself here in Scotland in the 80’s- 90’s but fuel costs got the better of me, haven’t abandoned Swedish cool though, now drive a modern Volvo. Was in Japan in May last year didn’t see anything on the roads cooler than a couple of VW Golfs but some very nice Subaru’s ( had one of those too, excellent all wheel drive system )
Mine does 7l/100 km at the moment which isn't too bad even for a modern car I feel, I've serviced the engine and I rebuilt all the brakes and that really made a difference, they where all sticking before and creating excessive friction. And I'm working on reaching 6l/100km (Trionic conversion, larger aftermarket 8.8 primary so it'll do 2700rpm at 120kph)
The 900 Wipers have a disconcerting and Very common habit of Failing! Drivers side (left hand drive as reference) One is operated with a cable on a pulley wheel. Odd but ? Problem is that the pulley wheel is a pressfit onto the wiper arm shaft AND the pulley commonly Falls Off! Extremely difficult to repair.. without time, patience and a workshop. NOT a roadside fix when you need it most.
Soo - did I notice a little hint on the closet door in the beginning? A Porsche key fob? :-) Does it mean you own one? If so, will there be any content on it in the future? 🙂
@@SAAB900Japan haha😀, yeah, same here (preferredly 993) - maybe some day, if prices will drop a bit in 20-30 years or so (very unlikely haha). Backup plans: a) Winning the lottery b) quitting job, being the full-time homemaker (=male housewife) and getting repaid with one some day by my better earning wife 😂
