Totally makes sense to me that it didn't insert easily while in the shower. I've sensed that when in water the vaginal canal sorta constricts. May be part of the reason why blood flow stops when swimming on your period. *shrugs*

I do it sitting down to I will try the punch down fold ones with both of them.and see if it pops right open with out my help lol

But the punch down fold may help to and it don't go straight up lol like tampons lol ones u get it u get it I got it down now

I got the cheap brand called life here wear I am.in size a yes it worked plus period underwear last period but it's way softer but I got the saalt cups duo regular and small I do the c fold if it don't open I find press the wall inside ya pop it goes lol really does and for me to get it out pitching the bottom don't break the amazing seal press the side of the cup does lol should have got them to begin with regular will be for my heavy days the smaller one for the lighter days I'm also waiting for my nixit cup and wash the seal really does seal lol 😆 it freaked me out for a second lol then I remembered what someone else's said how to break the seal lol 😆

I tired two other cups couldn't get them to open the diva up didn't work to big so I put it away .... with pads lol

Just bought this i used one before but I. Excited to try this one I tried to find a longer one cause I feel like it would be easier to remove but they didn't have them at target some people have longer vaginas i hope they have more in the future
