Yes, please! Mere Brother Ki Dulhan songs are some of the most underrated songs in Katrina's filmography and I don't understand why, because they're fantastic.
"Keep it on, Katrina." LMAOOOOOO You're probably the first one to say that for that scene. And the pointed toes!! Just like in Pashmina :) This song is my second favorite of Shreya's. You're right, it's as though she's breathing life and love through the song itself. Yeah, the bedroom scene . . . you kind of hit on the reason in with comments. This film was touted as the first film in which SRK actually kisses his co-star and it was all over the media in India at the time. Lucky Katrina! All of that was Aditya Chopra's doing. It was speculated at the time that he was trying to modernize Yash Chopra's style since he hadn't made a film in so many years. Personally, although I loved the sexy in the film, AC should have let his father make the film he wanted to make, because AC also changed some aspects of the story that hurt it rather than helped it (the whole Meera/God thing UGH!). No one knew this would be Yash Chopra's last film and he shot it beautifully. It definitely had his recognizable touch, but he deserved to have his own vision throughout the story. Yash ji and Katrina grew very close during the film and she has even said he was like a father figure to her. Loved this reaction so much! Since you mentioned it, please react to Ishq Shava from Jab Tak Hai Jaan - the extended version with Ishq Dance at the beginning (the whole thing is about 8 minutes long).
