Qualification is SUPER IMPORTANT!! I definitely was doing this for a long time and I've refined my customer avatar each time to make sure I'm talking to the right person. What are your best tips for that first initial contact/message? Do you have any great questions or phrasing to start a conversation with if it's 100% cold and direct?

Then they weren't that interested in solving the problem... or position the meeting as a super valuable meeting for them.

Paul von prandible I focus on SaaS / Software it’s a small market - also, I’m not hear to motivate... I focus on giving people the tools to get results. I’m thinking more viewers aren’t willing to do the work. Never bothered me, the smart ones are subscribed! Good to have you. DM

legit, enjoyed how you did your video montage intro. So many people keep saying, will be right back and then the intro is a few seconds and then they're like we're back. You cut cleanly to it, without saying brb, and didn't even make notice when you appear back that it played. well done. I just appreciate good storyboarding / video design in that aspect.
