Veg Microni Pasta
Enjoy a delightful and nutritious Veg Microni Pasta that's perfect for a quick lunch or a cozy dinner. This dish is packed with vibrant vegetables and a flavorful sauce that will leave you wanting more.
#### Ingredients:
- 200g microni pasta
- 6 tablespoon refined oil
- 2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 capsicum finally chopped
- 2 tomates
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 full hand coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup sweet corn (optional)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1tsp Dhaniya powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tsp pasta masala
#### Instructions:
1. Cook the microni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the refined oil medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, carrot, , and cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the blend tomatoes, and green peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the red chilli powder Dhaniya powder salt, and pasta masala Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce until well combined.
7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
