Intermittent fasting with less carbs and sugar in every meal with 30mins of vigorous walking everyday will do the trick for reducing visceral fat (thick fat layer over our inner organs) which is the main cause of all diseases. Most fruits have Fructose, so limited fruits. Citrus fruits and 2tbsp ACV once a day always good. Once the Visceral fat starts shrinking, visually our stomach will look flatter than before even though loose skin hangs but that's okay. I have lost 16kgs since the last 2 years doing the same. I skip dinner, my last meal is a good filling lunch, fast until next day light breakfast time. Just exercise won't work though, must rest the digestive system for atleast 18hrs a day, only water is allowed. Works wonders for us :)

Hi Neelam, actually walking is the best exercise for burning abdominal fat. It may take sometime but is quite effective for abdominal fat. Another best workout is cycling, swimming, etc. Also you need to check if there is an issue of Diastasis Rectii. There is different kind of workout for the same. Also food and diet plays a major role.
