+Zlatan Omerovitz England taking on half of England, Ireland and Scotland? Fairly impressive. Israel taking on a bunch of Arab states? Really impressive. France taking on the British Empire, the Holy Roman Empire, Sweden and Russia? Yeah, there's a reason it took *eight* wars waged by the most powerful countries in the world before they finally cracked.
+Zlatan Omerovitz So now we've gone from focusing on the number of countries to the number of days? Should I assume you've dropped the only Israel claim in regard to "Not everyone can say they took on Three Countries at once and won." then? Well, by simple maths if they kept losing all those wars in 6 days... other powers must have won them? And by virtue of the great power pool being so small they must have won a few? I am interested to see which wars you think they lost in 6 days or less. (Actual wars please, otherwise we could use the time we won a "war" in 48 minutes) You're right in that wars tend to take longer than 6 days when your opponents are much more powerful than Egypt and you need to actually occupy the entire country. Like I said last comment, try having the most powerful countries in the world invade at the same time and see if there's still a glorious victory in 6 days.
+TheCrimsonFckr The dutch republic did that in 1672, when the English the French and the germans attacked all in the same year, first the brits where defeated at sea, the the Germans at Groningen and Friesland, and a few months later we won at Utrecht from the french
@@evangelosvasiliades1204 “For if the nations of the world say to the people of Israel, ‘You are robbers because you stole the land of the seven Canaanite nations,’ They [the Jews] should say to them, ‘The whole earth belongs to the Holy One Blessed Be He. He created it, and He gives it whomever is upright in His eyes. By His will He gave it to them, and by His will He took it from them and gave it to us.'”
@@evangelosvasiliades1204bro Muslim Arabs conquered the entire middle east, there was never such a thing as "Palestine" and they massacred Jews long before we had a country. And there was always Jewish presence in the land even after exile. If the Arabs had any brain and agreed to all of the opportunities they had to get a state they wouldn't be in that situation. But they love blood too much. Gaza was free when we gave it to them in 2005 and they could make it into a paradise but Hamas took over later on and we had to defend ourselves against it. Even the Arab countries know what a pain in the a** the "Palestinians" are, they caused Black September in Jordan and the civil war in Lebanon, that's why they only virtue signal and don't take a single refugee.

There were two ingeniously produced Chieftain tanks in Israel at the beginning of the war, worried by this the British Government requested that they be moved from the border in land as to prevent the Arab nations thinking that the British were collaborating with the Israelis. In response the Israelis replied that there was no problem and that they had "moved the border".

@@markfranz7313 well, victors write history you know. Otherwise Israel has committed more crimes against Palestine than the Wehrmacht have committed against Jews.
The conflict was interesting (from a military point of view) as it showed how a good management can create a force multiplier. Even though outnumbered, Israelis had organized a great air force mechanic service - they worked around the clock with great efficiency - and it was the game changer. A regular fighter needs a lot of check ups, maintenance and is generally rotated in and out of service. Israelis turned the entire system on its head and they could scramble more planes than others and in faster time frames - that gave them overwhelming air superiority and the rest, at least from WWII onward is what they say - details. The moment they got air superiority, the war was won - as you could not advance over the open desert regions with your army with the enemy flying circles around you. Ground forces did great too, but it was the air part that decided the war in the first few days. With their change to the system, Israelis could effectively multiply the number of planes in the air at any given time so the inferiority in numbers on paper was in fact superiority in the skies. Also, having some of the best cadre that came to Israel when the state formed sure helps when you are against the countries who's majority of population is not even literate, let alone has an experienced and well established cadre. Israel got its elite from other countries, their enemies, former colonies, had no such advantage. It all points to the fact that, on paper, you can have more tanks and planes, and they can be even more advanced than what you enemy has. But it is the schooled cadre and the understanding of the system that wins the conflict, not just some game of numbers on a paper.
Three years later, Putin has invaded Ukraine, and the world sees once again that you can have more tanks, planes, missiles, and kids being forced to play soldier, but when a nation is united in its resolve, all of that is not going to be enough.
And don't think the Israelis forgot, they have one of the best air forces in the world, they have created a number of amazing planes that are still in service today like ra'am (thunder) attack plane and the Eitam (name in herbrew) recon Arial unit. And their G2A weaponry reigns supreme in the middle east as well, obviously because of the iron dome (yes it's not just missile deflection it's also an air unit sonar) and their anti plane weapons

Yes, just as they are pro-German for their most famous song "Ghost Division", or pro-Russian for "Night Witches" or pro-UK for "Back in control" and what not. They are not pro-anything, they just draw inspiration from the conflicts in history, no matter the side. Extreme acts of heroism, skill and/or bravery are then made into a song. They are not even pro-war, despite it being the main inspiration. To some clueless kid with some fucked up picture of war, sure, it might look cool and as if they are glorifying it. But they don't. It is more of a terror of the situation than awesomeness and some extreme feats of courage, honor and skill in those terrible situations. Yet you can hardly understand that if you were not in a war yourself. It is like seeing a rifle. Some kid would go bananas at "how cool it is", yet someone who actually held a rifle and shot at another human being, it is completely different feel. Even though they have the same rifle in front of them. Same with Sabaton songs. Sure, lots of kids fanboying and imagining the situations described in songs. But those are the fans who's closest thing to a stressful war situation was their mum yelling at them while they were playing CoD or Battlefield.
