I have PTSD. From violent rape as a child, not from war. But still from a severe violent act. But I am not a violent person. I had to overcome it. Me and Audie Murphy have a lot in common. The only times I have acted out in violence in my life have been in defense of bullies trying to beat up my brother who has Asperger's.... I took on 20 at once in grade school. I weighted my options and decided to just flatten the noses of about three maybe four all in one series of blows, grab a fifth and ram his head into a tree and he just fell flat on his face and woke up five minutes later. That was the end of that... There was one more small incident with a forced entry to my parents house when my brother was in the house and robbery. I found out who did it... and took our stuff back... Served my time, but all were legitimate threats to the safety of my family. Now I am a man of peace. I don't start drama, I end it using words and messing with the minds of stupid asshats.. Make em take a look at who they really are and not who they think they are.... Don't think I haven't learned a thing or too talking to psychologists.

@@_M_a_r_t_i_n_M I had a similar story. at high school my little brother was also bullyied because he didn't like fornite and all that shit. When he told us a few weeks later, I was furious and went to the school yard the next day. the students who mopped him didn't know that he had an older brother in the next higher class. When I asked him who it was, he pointed his finger at the main bully. I walked up to him with strong and fast steps and before he could understand he was on the school wall with my hand around his neck. I spoke loudly and clearly that if he doesn't stop that shit he'll have the problem of his life, then I pushed him hard on the chest and let go. That was the only time in my life where I had to use brutal force and so far it was the only time. otherwise i am of the opinion that a compromise can be negotiated in any problem situation.

@@naomieaton9176 Well technically the allied nations that were either on the beaches or helped ins one way was The United States The United Kingdom Canada France Poland Australia New Zealand Belgium Czechoslovakia Greece Luxembourg Netherlands Norway (Note: some of these were armies of a “government in exile” and the remnants of the army who followed their governments as they fled to Britain)

Because the film doesn't show the whole battle on Omaha Beach. The real fight lasted over 9 hours with waves of American attacks.

My data that I had was a bit confusing. It is not known exactly how many germans died on omaha beach, so i used the numbers from the whole of D-Day for the germans. The American death numbers in this video are from Omaha Beach alone

They saw Tom Hanks and knew they're gonna lose unless they get him first

Beach isn't the only thing on D-Day, American isn't the only nation involved in D-Day, THERE WERE MORE BEACHES THAN OMAHA ON D-DAY. THERE WERE AT LEAST 50,000 GERMANS ON EACH BEACH. BOTH SIDES CALCULATED GO UP TO 425,000 CASUALTIES, AND CIVILIAN CASUALTIES ARE ESTIMATED TO 15,000-20,000, MAINLY FROM ALLIED BOMBING. THE ALLIES WERE NOT SAINTS, THEY WERE EQUALLY AS BAD AS THE "EVIL GUYS".
