i feel like a lot of people who put orchestral over metal make it a lot too dramatic and over the top, but you my friend somehow managed to balance the original song with the orchestral perfectly in my eye, and i thank you for creating this along with your other masterpieces

Just saw them do this song halfway into a 2.5 hr show (because Judas Priest cancelled the tour). Poor Hannes was visibly winded going into this song as it was! All these guys are beasts \m/

Most more epic versions of Sabaton just put orchestra along with the lyrics. This one actually has depth. Love it!

This cover would make a great theme song for a cartoon show about tanks beating the shit out of each other while going on adventures through no man's land. The first episode starts like this, "Through dust and smoke, the battlefield rages on with the cries of men and engines of tanks echoing through the sky. However, amidst through all the chaos, 4 men, Tommy Johansson, Par Sundstrom, Chris Rorland, Hannes Van Dahl, and Joakim Broden, cross through no-man's land in their Stridsvagn 103 tank. The men are the greatest tank crewmen in all of Sweden and have been called upon to fend off foreign invaders from marching upon Swedish lands. 'Great warriors of the battlefield, masters of tank warfare, and champions who stand over death, the people of Sweden call upon your assistance to protect this nation, fulfill this duty, and you shall be remembered in all of history'. And so, the great escapade begins, with the 4 crewmen marching through lands that not even Hell could compare."

First of all: I really like what you're doing. Too many I've seen just arrange orchestral versions of songs, and then put that behind the original. This is an orchestral accompaniment. Secondly: I feel the accompaniment is too loud in places. This is especially the case for the second verse of this song. The volume sounds like it's marked fortissimo when mezzo forte would be more appropriate, and provide a better balance. You've still earned a sub from me, and I look forward to what you do from here.

What I noticed and love about this is that sometimes the orchestra is more prominent, sometimes it’s the original song, then You have these times where both are equally prominent and it sounds amazing.

Nice work, I like how your orchestral arrangements work in harmony with the song, and don't lessen it's impact, but rather fill it out and make the song even more complete than it was before. I will admit I am hoping for a Ghost Division or Union (Slopes of St. Benedict) orchestration next, but whatever you do I'm sure it'll be great!

The Leopard Mark 1 was a beast of the battlefield more deadly than the Tigers and Panzers Combined more faster than the mark 3 Panzer more than anything tank made by Gremany.

This fills out the song even further, making graceful use of dead space and repetitive rhythms to amplify and add complexity to the song, making it a joy to listen to. Masterful work, hoping to see more like it in the future. Orchestral accompaniment that glorifies and elevates the original by adding new stuff, not just making it louder and reinforcing what is already there.

We hear the double kick of the drums, a roaring Wright Cyclone powering a charging Sherman. The orchestra becomes the armament and armor of our chariot, Joakim roaring orders on the intercom. Tina Guo is our guardian angel, blessing us with her electric cello. A song truly worthy of charging into battle with, no matter the time or place.
