This, This right here! I actually shed a heavy metal tear listening to one of my favorite bands covering another of my favourite bands favored songs! Hail Odin! Hail Sabaton, and Hail Amon Amarth!
@@ilostmyaccountlol @Felipe Vargas What the fuck?!!!! Tribute:D If it was a tribute they would give who is the original author. Now this is only the impersonating..
@@lucekkalafiorek342 I assume that you have absolutely no idea on how copyright works. Short version is, for a band to make a cover, they need to have 1) the license to do it or 2) the permission form the original author. Once everything is clear, they can make their version of the song. The thing is, they make little to no money for doing that, because most of the time the original authors get the revenue that the cover version makes. On the other hand, "impersonating" would be if Sabaton suddenly changes it's name as Amon Amarth and start using their brand to profit ilegally from that. TLDR; Learn a thing or two with just a quick Google search, you may have the answers to most of your questions.
@@bluechief9656 meanwhile I am asking why no one fired arrows at him since they had that many crossbows but none were put near the wall or none of the people on it could run for one while they held him off

Oh my Odin of asguard my all time favorite band singing my favorite amon amarth song There is nothing on the face of this planet thats better than this combo😍😍😍🙌🙌🙌⚡⚡⚡
Like an ode to people who never lose strength and courage to overcome war situation. Never forget old gods. They are [y]our history. Great song ! I love that.
indeed. what they were confronted with was much easier and didn't warrant a retreat imo. they should have formed a shield wall and advanced on the crossbows instead of fleeing like cowards and being shot in the back. not sure if that weird javelin wall was supposed to be a massive ballista setup? but after the first volley there was no time for them to reload against a shielded advance from the Viking forces. regardless it was not even a barricade as shown by the men who advanced past it. fleeing through a long tunnel was the worst thing they could have done in that situation.
Most Castles and Fortresses were made of wood at this time Stone Walls were massively used about 100-200 years later so they would actually had to charge through multiple defense lines . This battle was at all unrealistic as fuck.

I love Amon Amarth as much as the next metal head and am a born and raised Heathen from northern Norway but damn I seeing alot of viking wannabes saying Johans version is better. They are both clearly different but Sabaton put way more power behind the lyrics hence why they are Power metal.

Very nice, haha Til Vahal!!! To Valhalla, pray for Sweden and Norway and all of Europe. Help is on the way from your American brothers and sisters. Stand strong and remember your roots.
@Scorch You do realize the refugee crisis was due to the Arab Spring of 2010-2011 when Tunisia, Egypt, Lybia, Bahrain, and Yemen overthrew their leadership and it inspired an uprising in Syria in March of 2011 that descended into civil war against Assad regime. So you might want to get some facts straight.
If you come from America, we Finns will take you as brothers. No asslicking is needed. If you demand kneeling i will personally challange to a duel. If i win i will be greater leader to my family. If i lose i have no place in any modern day sagas. I hope we will just drink few days in snow and be friends.
