Yes, SBR is an introductory brand using Brass as part of the construct. I believe the Planet Z's are Zildjian's lower-end line as well. Neither carry distinctive quality sounds. If you're just starting out purchasing cymbals, i'd look for decent higher-end used ones, or save up for a nicer new set.
