Just a great artist. I have watched almost every great flamenco & classical guitarists, past to present. I must admit that Sabica's fingering technique is second to none. There is just no weakness there. He's just legend among legends.
@@superfly19751 Absolutely wrong! Segovia begun with flamenco. He joined El Festival de cante jondo wanted by Falla and Llorca playing also some flamenco. He loved "pure flamenco", blaming any sort of contamination.
lo que mucha gente no sabe, es que Segovia de joven intento aprender flamenco y le resulto imposible (no cogia el compas), de ahí su odio @@superfly19751

Paco to Sabicas is like Beethoven to Mozart. All of them are the greatest. The romanticism of younger composers from older ones is obvious. Beethoven romanticizes classical music like Paco romanticizes Flamenco guitar. Therefore no one is better than the other. They're all great in their own way and it's unfair to compare when they brought two different delicacies. It's only a matter of preference. Such as some people like fish more than Beef, or chicken, but it's unfair to say what is better. Because it's a matter of preference and every person or race is unique to what is their favorite food.
