I experienced this while searching for a house in Port Harcourt, on January 😂

House agents are devilish! If they eventually find the house for you, the agent fee will be higher than the rent itself because each of them must collect share. Sabinus get luck say him no pay transport for all of them…in my case I was constantly paying tfare for over 3 agents in one day and they kept showing me rubbish structures 🤣
