This rendition 'Balaghal Ula Be Kamalehi' is a rare one from Sabri Brothers (Haji Ghulam Farid Sabri & Haji Maqbool Sabri). Though the qawwali has the same title as their other famous qawwali, Sar e La Makan Se Talab Hui, this is completely different except the title rubaii in the beginning (which is also the refrain) which is rendered in different styles for about 6-7 minutes. The remaining qawwali is in Urdu which describes the actual Meraj journey.
Typical to the style of Sabri Brothers, the qawwali starts at a very slow pace and picks up speed gradually. The Urdu lines are rendered beautifully by Haji Sahab and the alaaps of Maqbool Sabri bring more attraction to the kalam. This qawwali can be best enjoyed when listened completely as the initial part is a bit slow.
I have tried to provide the lyrics of this qawwali in the video - if there is any mistake anywhere please do let me know in the comments. And sorry that the audio quality is not upto the mark and even the original recording was not good as the voices were not captured in good quality. But it is still quite enjoyable.
