Her team know what they're doing since they give her the grown woman vibe since her lyrics are sexier, that's how she's getting so much attention now. To become a star you have to be more than average, the glamorous doll vibe suits her. I don't think she look like 2 different person she's just wearing more makeup and change her hairstyle, even if she got surgery or not, she's still look like her young self.
