Sabrina tries to stop Valerie from trying out for the cheerleading team. #SabrinaTheTeenageWitch I Now streaming on Paramount+ Where to watch: para.mt/Sabrina
Sabrina I hope you learn there's a difference between helping someone and manipulating them. kinda feels that valerie's only perfect if she just goes along with Sabrina. Friends are forever if you encourage and support other friend's wishes. Because are you really a good friend if you manipulate someone's feelings?
"Making fun of grandma is more like the cheerleaders I know." Well then, Sabrina, you CLEARLY don't remember the episode from last season in which you learned that Libby actually loves and adores her grandmother (Season Two, Episode 14).
Plus in the adopt a Grandparent episode while none of the cheerleaders wanted to do it until Libby as Sabrina did it they didn’t make fun of the old people just didn’t want to volunteer
I agree, not all cheerleaders are mean bullies. I was fortunate that the group I grew up with were mostly all sweethearts and didn't tolerate Libby-like behavior in their ranks. I was frequently ill and couldn't play, but they let me tag along cause I still loved the sports and cheered on in my own way. Valerie could've brought some goodness to the troupe if Sabrina didn't interfere.
At least Sabrina made her piece with cheerleading when she had them in her Vampire movie. I am glad Valerie became a nice cheerleader because I did cheer camp and it is a fun and hard sport nobody would do it to just be popular like it is in the movies and tv. I do enjoy cause of cousin Mortimer lol mine shocks when you hit 7
Sabrina had the most lore accurate hair in this season. Though Melissa looks best with long hair, I think she should've been this way from the start for the sake of accuracy.
“You know when I’m done, you’ll be able to call ANYONE, ANYTIME you want.~” “…you mean like we ALREADY DO?~” “…yes, but My way shocks when you hit the SEVEN.”
@@hafidbense4934 The show could have recovered with season 4, even with the removal of Libby. However, I’d say that season 5 is when the show irreversibly never recovered what with replacing Harvey with Josh instead. (I can even understand why they had Roxy since Roxy’s actress was really good friends with Sabrina’s actress.)
@@mechadoggy Oh yes definitely season 4 was not as bad as season 5 and 6 but yeah that Josh character was a disaster and nobody liked him but they tried to shove him as Sabrina's new love interest when everyone was already in love with Harvey lol and yeah Season 7 was also decent luckily it ended amazing
To be fair - if Libby weren't the head cheerleader - what Valerie thought it would be like, probably would have been more accurate. But other than the making fun of grandmothers - Sabrina had it right, except Valerie probably would have never called anyone names most likely.
elementary school is the WORST I hate it (except for hanging out with a some friends who are not mean) I even hate it when I was mean to both Abgail and Malyna and I think Malyna and I aren’t friends anymore even though I sometimes think about her and I was being bullied by some Bitch Noah Walker that meanie and if you think that bad well Second Grade is how it’s got in to my worst years to begin with especially my very first day of school (and I skipped kindergarten and 1st grade by the way which I’m not upset about it)
People are gonna hate on me, but this clip sums up experiencing queerphobia by a family member perfectly. "Everyone wants Valerie to be happy! Am I the only one who cares about her?" My mum has said this exact shit about my transition. "No president has ever been a cheerleader!" Your personal bigotry giving way to a more misogynistic and sinister argument. "I shouldn't have tried to influence you." *Literally brainwashes her.* "This is for your own good." Conversion therapy. A litany of other bullshit.
One of my best friends was really popular at her school but she was always good to me…you never know what will happen you can’t always assume the worst.
